Don't order from here. When I see reviews saying a place is a scam I tend to be skeptical but this place really will scam you. I placed an order for a few things and a sandwich. Almost immediately after the order I was called to be informed they don't have the sandwich. We then just asked for it to be taken off the order. Simple right? Apparently not, as we were still charged for the sandwich and still had to pay the full amount to our delivery driver just to get the rest of the food. When we called to complain they offered us a store credit on a mistake that wasn't even ours as if we would want to order again from a place that robbed us. Just saying, don't order from here because if there's a mistake on their end, they will do nothing to help and still charge you full price.

I ordered a box from the pizza hut on 31st and memorial so I get there there are 2 men in there having a conversation after I sat there at the window for almost 2 min before 1 of them decided to come to the window so that is why I give them a 1 star in service because that was rude & unprofessional at its finest and then I get home and it was absolutely horrible hardly any cheese I said light sauce, & not barbecue wings I said Buffalo & it's like they just threw some BBQ sauce on the wings the cheese sticks that I paid a $1 extra for was trash as well it was awful I will never ever order from this 1 again in life to pay almost $30 was irritating when I could've went to churches & got an entire better meal not slapped together
Great customer service. The call center messed up communication but this Pizza Hut insisted on giving me $20 store credit to make up for the long wait. Perfect pizza and fast and friendly service. Highly recommend!
Ordered $70 of pizza for Fri fam night, 1 didn't come, it was actually an empty box lol...no biggie I called and was told it would be here shortly. It never came, no biggie they gave us a %20 off coupon for our next order. Went yesterday to order and they shut us off from ordering from them. So they stole a cheese pizza then faked a refund via coupon. Lol whatever, we order pizza every Fri for our large fam and will just keep ordering elsewhere but what an odd experience.It also took us numerous calls into the call center to get it taken care of. Again no biggie, we are super chill people but kinda just reflects on the experience overall.Weekly pizza eaters and never had anything like this happen ever.
