Ordered two pizzas with original marinara sauce and received two pizzas with zero sauce. Called the store and they offered to give me a refund if I brought the wrong pizzas back or make me two new pizzas and deliver them to me. I agreed to have them make me two new pizzas and deliver them. Once delivered, the two new pizzas had all sauce and zero cheese and only God knows what else. All 4 pizzas were inedible and I still don’t have a refund for having paid $35 for pizzas no one in my family could eat. Terrible experience to say the least.

Made incorrectly. Rude associate. Not even a sorry for the double fuel cost and drive to store to correct order. Could not reach store by phone. Rest of order was cold when I finally returned with a correct pizza. Will not return

Not sure why bad reviews. I've got delivery here twice in last month and its always hot, fresh, and fast. Previous pickups were good as well. Drivers always nice and manager Raul is professional.

There has only been 1 time I've gone to this restaurant and got a hot and fresh pizza and friendly service and that was with the day manager. Once again Pizza last night 8-30-24 was burnt, tasted like it has been made for another customer that didn't pick it up and it sat under a heat lamp. I picked up pizza because I didn't want to cook and since this pizza was no good I was up until 11pm cooking something for dinner.

At the point I could give 0 Stars, I definitely would. The OWNER of this establishment is greedy and likes to call his customers liars. I processed my order online. Who wants to call in when we can order online? I was very adamant to pay attention to my order as we change sauces and get something other than marinara. I ordered Buffalo and Garlic Parm sauce (2 different pizzas.) Once processed payment I noticed that the system changed my sauces back. Order placed at 11:04. Called the store at 11:07 with no answer and 11:08 when the owner answered saying he would fix it. At 11:20 my pizza showed up made incorrectly. When I called back to ask what happened "why did you tell me you would fix it when you didnt?" The OWNER answered back with "You called me 2 min ago. Pizza already left." I said No Sir, I called at 11:07 and 11:08. That pizza was not made and out the door in 4 mins. He continued and called me a liar. This is not the only bad instance but I promise it WILL BE THE LAST. I have reported him to the BBB as his customer service is definitely needing some work. I feel sorry for any employees that might actually work there. This guy is always there. I guess now we know why. Do NOT SHOP with this location. He needs to be out of business with that kind of attitude.

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from this location. My sister has a couple of times, but this last time she ordered delivery. They sent the wrong thing, and she tried calling up and even stated she would give back her order received as she hadn't eaten it since it was wrong. While she was initially informed they would resend, they ended up telling her that she can bring it up there but on their end it doesn't look like anything was wrong (even though she has an email with a confirmation of just what she did actually order), so they're not resending it. The whole reason my sister did delivery is because we're without a working car right now, and so this experience will likely never have us ordering from this location again.

Pizza here gets sent out incorrectly. Breadsticks taste like burned toast. When calling to voice that it was made incorrectly and breadsticks are burnt, mgr states "That's what you order." You're right, I ordered 2 pizzas with breadsticks. You and your team made them incorrectly. Offered NO option of fixing their mistake. Save yourself and order pizza elsewhere. IF I could literally mark 0 stars I would. Poor management. Incorrect orders with no resolution.

SHOCKING!!! ZERO STARS!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!!(Only because google makes you put a star to post, it has one)We ordered 2 pizzas and breadsticks on the app, one with BBQ sauce, chicken and onions half with pineapple and the other with half with olives. The other pizza was chicken, bacon with alfredo sauce. The BBQ one had no BBQ sauce and the pineapple and olives on both sides of the pizza. The 2nd one had no alfredo sauce, both had marinara sauce instead. And the easiest thing to make...the breadsticks, were burntWe called the store to complain and the so-called "manager" refused to accept responsibility for the mistake, he was rude and argumentative. Needless to say we will not be ordering from this Pizza Hut again!
