I have only been there once and it feels very upscale. I saw a wagyu steak on the menu and was excited because I've always wanted to try it. She didn't ask me how I wanted the steak cooked, the place is fancy so I thought maybe the chef cooks it a certain way. It came out on the well side of medium well, I didn't even finish it. I didn't complain, and neither did the other person at the table the ordered it. We were in a large group and I'm not interested in sitting there without food while everyone eats and then awkwardly eat after everyone is done.

We have used the Polo Grill many times over the years for business lunch and dinner. Their private room accomodations are top notch, and the food is always delicious. Many thanks to Marie for making this lunch perfect for our employees and guest.

Nice quiet comfortable, upscale dining room. Michael delivered impeccable service. His food and wine pairing recommendations were perfect. He helped us select the right dessert and after dinner beverage to perfectly complete the meal. The food was incredible! The plate presentation, portions, and amazing flavors. Everything was just perfect. Thank you, Michael for a lovely evening celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary.

Ordered the veal chop medium rare. It was served medium well, even though the menu stated they would cook the veal above medium rare. The others in the party ordered 7oz fillets all medium rare. They were all medium or above. The steaks were a little larger than a sausage patty at village inn.

Celebrated our double birthday a little early in this quiet, hard to find grill in Utica Square. Guard at the gate, oops Greeter, seated us at a table in the bar area for some reason though the place was virtually empty. Detracted a little from the celebratory feel. But One of the best charcuterie boards ever. Our perfect martinis accompanied the board nicely. Fine waitress if not very friendly. Rack of lamb was very good. Their wine found a nice Syrah for us. Got free two candles in the cake we purchased.

The service was exceptional!!! All six of us enjoyed every bite. From chicken, shrimp, and filet. Thanks for a wonderful dinner. I can hardly wait to go back.
