I have been going to the Polo Grill for years. I have held company parties and lunch meeting there was great satisfaction, but last night was terrible. We had to wait for a table even with a reservation, very disorganized and chaotic. The table we received was extremely small and on a busy isle, 2 men and 2 women in a half booth. We ordered drinks but didn't receive them for almost 30 minutes. The waitress was very apologetic and nice. The seared redfish was so dry that it had to be cut with a knife and not warm. This is not the standard I expect from the Polo Grill.

Date night with my wife. We have been there several times in the past. Wife's lobster was perfect. My fish and chips were just "ok". Very good ceviche appetizer. Overall, the meal seemed a little expensive, but I may be weighing the mediocre fish and chips too heavily in my review.

The only downside is when there was no music, it was too quiet, but once the music started it was a bit too loud. They recently added a TV which I am not a fan of. But generally this is one of my favorite restaurants in Tulsa. Always excellent food and the ambiance and declaration of the dining room is great.

We landed in Tulsa and went to our favorite restaurant for our anniversary. As usual, the service, food, and drinks were outstanding. We appreciated the entire staff who were serving us. A special shoutout for the great Black Manhatten, a high bar to reach.

We were seated in a back area for a group of 7, including my wife and her wheelchair. Everyone enjoyed their meals and our server provided food timely and kept checking back about service. overall nice lunch experience during the holidays.

It was good but restaurant was not full when we arrived nor when we left yet they sat us right next to another table so it was uncomfortable as our conversations could be heard-awkward! Polo please be conscientious when seating.
There is no other place like Polo Grill, quiet sophistication and cozy too. I've never had a bad experience, and the service is the very best...food and drinks are fabulous as well, whatever you order, it's going to be good. I look forward to returning year after year.

This was our annual trek to Tulsa for Christmas shopping. For years we have a tradition of visiting Polo Grill for our meal out. We have consistently incurred a great experience which is why we return and incorporate this into our trip. We were somewhat disappointed for the first time this year. After being seated we waited 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged our presence. The restaurant appeared understaffed relative to the volume of customers. Staff appeared stressed and their comments were heard. They were rushed and we observed a waitress drop a large decanter of expensive wine in front of us. Our waitress was very attentive to the 2 tables of "regulars" next to us and spent a significant amount of time catering to their needs while we did not receive drink service so we finished our meal with ice water. We were intrigued that another waiter tended to our bill while our waitress continued to patronize the other clients. For the money spent and the on-line ratings I think the restaurant can do better and we will reconsider our options for next year's trip.
