My husband and I was visiting OK.we are from Texas. We stayed at a motel 2 blocks away and decided to try the diner. And so glad we did. the food was excellent along with the staff members. Diffently will be back when we are back in the state again :) I had the chicken fried steak breakfast. I highly recommend you tried it.

Very disappointed. I ordered chicken tenders with okra and onion rings. They were shocked I returned the meal but it was burned... cooked with old grease. My partner and I ended up splitting his meal. That one meal plus 2 drinks was still 30 dollars that's for 6 shrimp ( not large like stated in menu) coleslaw and onion rings and 2 drinks. Save your money.

Big plates and fair prices, especially the $6.99 Early Bird Breakfast. Lunch specials every day. Don’t pass up the fresh, diner made onion rings. Oh! Wow!
For me a filling meat loaded club sandwich with those rings on the side. The club sandwich was outstanding. Meaty layers between buttered toast, lettuce and tomatoes. Mayo on the side. It wasn’t needed. My wife had the big thick burger with crinkle cut fries. The pictures talk. Look at them.
It is a small clean restaurant. Old time counter service and booths. Friendly attentive staff. The waitresses seemed to know everyone. And even if she didn’t, she still treated them like welcomed friends.
Check the big menu, there is something for you. Hint…Onion Rings!

My family ate here on our trip back from AR to OKC because of the convenience to the highway and were SO pleasantly surprised. The staff were so welcoming and sweet to our baby boy who’s not quite a year old. Our server even had toys on hand for him to play with at the table. Eating out with little ones can be stressful, especially while on long trips, but our baby loved having all that attention and the food was actually AMAZING. Best waffle I’ve had and everything was cooked perfectly. Everyone working there seems to genuinely care that you have a great visit and that kind of thing really matters. We’ve decided to make it our regular stop whenever we make this trip again.
