This was my first time dining at Prossimos. Absolutely fantastic service from staff and servers that care and really enjoy their work. Our server was Pam and she was never far from our table, often anticipating our needs. GM Chelsea S was just great. Food was outstanding and no doubt I will be back!

We invited 4 other couples to dinner w my husband and I, no one had been before, except us. We’re regulars! Having 8 people with all different dishes, appetizers, drinks normally would be challenging to get all of our courses on time eating together. Our server Pam, was wonderful. She kept drinks filled, was knowledgeable about all dishes and was kind and attentive to each guest! The food was over the top excellent t. We all had a different entrée with each one being raved over. It’s a beautiful atmosphere with linens and pretty glassware for our drinks…other nice restaurant can cut corners here; but prossimos did not. GM Chelsea Smedley arranged the dinner when I called in 2 weeks ago. Everything was perfect at our table. Even a champagne toast ta boot!Everyone raved over our choice of restaurants and vowed to return there! Thank you for a beautiful evening ! ?
I am overwhelmed with emotion. I was born and raised in Dallas - a city known for its overwhelming amount of restaurants; never have I had such an amazing experience even throughout my travels. Today I dined at Prossimo for my birthday during a work trip with my colleagues. Our amazing waiter began our dinner with incredible recommendations and accommodated everything we asked for and more. We had 3 courses and amazing cocktails. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had. Quality of the food was absolutely incredible. I would give this place a Michelin star if I could. Will definitely be back to Tulsa just for this place.

100% would come back. Everything was great. I will say we thought everything needed more garlic, but we just used the paste that came with the bread. Delicious.
I had a wonderful experience with fantastic food, and I could tell the food was made from scratch. The drinks were delicious and very well made as well. We cannot wait to go back!Vegetarian options: Very accommodating!

The food was wonderful and the staff was, too. My issue was twofold, one wasn't the restaurant's fault, so I didn't ding them for it.1) the table next to us was on a video call during what was supposed to be my anniversary dinner with my husband. We went to a nicer place and didn't expect that kind of etiquette.2) The place is quite dark. It's lit, but even another table had to use their cellphone as a flashlight to read the menu. My husband almost did the same thing with his flashlight but I convinced him not to.Parking: It's cherry street. It's always packed and you'll need to spend time driving down the street to find parking. Be prepared to walk to the restaurant from a side street you found parking on.

Prossimo is absolutely amazing! Great service and amazing food! Table side pasta was very fun to watch and the Jake the employee tells you about the cheese and the technique of how they make the dish. We also had the fresh mozzarella with tomatoes. 10 out of 10 recommend!
