They were out of over half of the toppings. No onions, no cheese, and more missing. They didn’t inform us of this until after we ordered and they started our meals. We would not have continued with the order if we knew we would have no toppings. 0/10 experience

Horrible. Wish I had read the reviews first as they are accurate. Restaurant is filthy, half the fountain drinks were out, half the food items were out, tables not wiped down, just a mess. Employees just standing around and not a single other person in the restaurant. I’ve never eaten at a Qdoba before and think I’ll stick with Chipotle!

Very dirty, tables were all dirty, doors, entryway, and food prep area. The staff was friendly just very unkept. The atmosphere was filthy. And someone on duty at almost every location I've been to has a child there with them.

My sister went to this nasty, filthy,dirty place . The girl with the long dirty overdue for a take down braids was rude and was moving slow like she was high or on pills . I was trying to be nice since she was the only person there. I was going to leave but still took a chance. When I got home I got sick so I called the next day asked for a manger and was told she was gone so I told the girl, she claimed she would call the manger and call me back in 5 mins but never got a call back. So I called today and of course no manger so the same girl answered and I asked did she tell the manger and she said yes I told asked her what was said and she said idk so I was like how you don't know and she told me I told you to call in the a.m so she asked me why would I want food if I got sick. This place need to be close that rude employee need to be fired and the fact the place was dirty nothing was covered

This locations should be shut down, stale food, no chicken at noon on a Wednesday, the rest of the food looked terrible, scanner doesn't work for rewards card. Don't go or eat at this location unless you want it to be your last meal.

Dirty restaurant. Disgusting. Meat was chewy too. No lids for drinks. Cost $18 for a bowl and a drink. Not worth it in any way. Stay away.

This place is absolutely filthy. What else needs to be said?
The food prep area is horrifying. The rice on my burrito was too cold to be safe. The tables and chairs in the dining area are degrading, worn, and dirty. They had one person working. One person responsible for food prep, cleaning, and customer service but they were doing their best. I can't fault the individual employee for the mismanagement of the restaurant. Please understand that if you eat here, you are putting your health at risk. The owners are either absent or broke. Stay away.

Looked up the hours today and it said online this location opened up at 11. I showed up at 10:55 and the place looked overgrown and like it was shut down so I went to the door to peek in and see if people were inside. I saw employees and one of them saw me and shooed me away so I went to wait in my car until 11. Once it hit 11, I tried going back to order and I walked into a dark lobby and the employees staring at me like I did something wrong so I asked if they were open yet and they said they weren’t ready… that’s fine I didn’t mind waiting a few more mins in my car or coming back in 30 mins if they had a late open. So I tried asking them to gauge when they’d be ready. They were kindof rude and didn’t have an answer for me and just seemed really annoyed to have a customer. . I was really nice when I asked but they just had an attitude like I should have read their minds. 3 people staring at me and no one could answer lol. They finally said 30 mins so I went to the one in Tulsa Hills instead and it was a better experience thanks to the new manager there.. He was the only employee there and he was new but he was managing his location better and had a way more inviting attitude than the 71st and Lewis location(although it’s apparent the Tulsa hills location is also struggling). This location used to be great but I’ve watched it slowly crash and burn over the years. I know you guys don’t care about losing one customer at one location but from the looks of your reviews, this Qdoba is tanking. The outside of the building doesn’t even look like a running business. You guys seem to not be able to keep employees as one of your locations had 3 people that barely knew how to open a store and can’t even open it on time and another location where a brand new manager is trying to open the store completely alone. Seems like a pretty poor upper management situation going on.

I don't understand why this location isn't shut down. I just came in there, all the food was old, the pinto bean juice was literally turning grey. You could tell the queso or any other food wasn't touched in hours. She said they have no chicken, no steak or ground beef. Then what do you plan on selling? The entire parking lot is empty they don't get business for a reason. Then told use to go to Tulsa hills. Don't waste your time coming here.

What is wrong with this location!?! Where is the store manager and why are the employees always lost at what's going on. Everytime I go they are out of almost everything. What happened to food prep amd making sure you have everything you need for your customers so they can make a whole meal. I love qdoba but this location sucks! It's sad that the employees have ti refer me to another location every single time 🥴 This location needs a leader and real ppl to work or just shut it down completely
