No wonder qdobas are always closing down and parking lots empty! The place was disgusting, food everywhere on the counters, out of jalepenos and guac , rice stale, all around just not good and dirty! Chipotle it is.

I ordered online, went to pick up my food to find a sign on the door saying "online only". The doors were locked and the 1 person I could see inside was not coming out. While I was there, 3 door dashers came to pick up orders and had to report that the business was closed.

The 2 workers were both high and had long stringy hair hanging down, one was in pajama pants. It took 45 minutes to just get through the line they were working sooo slow! And the place was super dirty.

Saw a post of FB posted by the GM or Manager...can't recall. But the post stated, please give us another try...bragged of fresh food & manager trying to increase business. I always wondered why NO ONE is ever in the restaurant, parking lot or drive thru. Well, today I found out and will NEVER bother "trying" them out again. My experience began with wondering if they were even open, again not a single car in the lot. Well, they were, walked in the door up to the steam table full of near empty pans in some places, dried up old looking food in all the other spaces. I ask "what do you recommend " the attendant recommends a bowl I'm in agreement. She asks brown or white rice. Both pans look near empty and dried up as all get out. I choose white (not referred to as cilantro lime as it should have been)The clerk scoops a very flat scoop on a flat spoon of "white" rice and as it drops into the bowl I can HEAR the hard rice hitting the paper bowl. I request fresh rice not even believing she attempted to serve that crud. The other food on the steam table looked so dry & old and looked like it hadnt been stirred for hours. Flat scoop of COLD chicken ( I had to heat it up after travelin 4 mins to my home), 1/2 small scoop of black beans, small scoop of corn, some pico & cilantro, shredded cheese, red salsa, small scoop of guacamole on the side. $16.25 and the bowl is literally 1/2 filled. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!! Too much competition in the area to settle for tiny portions of OLD COLD FOOD. Catrina is a 1/4 of a mile north...food always hot & fresh, priced about $5 cheaper for a bowl and never disappoints. Sorry Qdoba, I TRIED to give you a chance but you failed miserably.

Dirty restaurant.. half the fountain drinks don't work. No guacamole. No cheese for nachos. Never again. This was my 1st time even eating Qdoba.

First time I went there was great second time I found a hair in my burrito 4th time white rice was under cooked no one wears hair nets gloves get used to go get items from the back then back on the food probably the last time I'll order there

Don't leave a lot of reviews but damn. This is the best Qdoba I've been to the guy working the counter pretty much running the whole place by himself and it's still fast and tastes great definitely needs a raise
Food was really good. Chicken is cooked fresh daily and on the grill, pico is fresh, guacamole is fresh, pickled peppers and onion are also. Overall way better than Chipotle! Great place to eat and was very clean with nice staff. Not much more you could ask for.

Do not go here if you are in a hurry. I stopped by between lunch and dinner when the place was empty just to get a burrito. I had two people in front of me, so I used the restroom. By the time I got out, the same two people were there and they were refilling the make line. It became clear that they weren’t ready for customers, so I left.

Just ate at this store and customer service was disappointing! They were out of some items for my steak bowl and when I ask for extra rice instead I was told it would be extra charge, then they proceeded to tell me “I don’t make the rules my boss does” boss, your employee's could use a better training! Oh and my food was cold!
