Always good good and a variety of options. Staff is friendly and personable.
We grabbed take out. It was very quick and easy. Building needs some maintenance but other than that it was a great experience. Food was delicious.
ask for ashlea. she’s the best. i had a huge catering order for my office and had a few things that needed to be customized and she was able to get it all done essentially by yourself. this location is great.!!
Food was great, service was excellent considering the guy was the only one there trying to do everything by himself after taking over a mess.
Great customer service, great attitude very friendly
our food is so cold it feels like it was sitting in the fridge until we got there
Food is 5 star for Qdoba. Nothing wrong at all w the service either, but corporate needs to come in and clean this place up, get a facelift and fix the apparent issues w ac units sweating all over tables and brightening up the showroom.
The meat is always burnt and dry, I mean it resembles charcoal not meat. It's basically inedible, and it's EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. It's also always cold, which is weird... especially considering they should have a heating element underneath it.Employees need more training, had an employee today on the phone, put on gloves to make our food, while on the phone, finish their personal conversation then hang up and then help us. All with the same gloves on, anyone who's worked with food knows how backwards that is. Finished our order then disappeared before we could say anything, which leads us to the next 2 parts. If you order a burrito, you are more likely to get... I don't know. It has the ingredients but lacks the shape and they almost always fall apart before your first bite. They just smash it into the shape and hope you don't notice. Finally, the soda machine is gross. It shoots out the globs of the thick unmixed soda solution. It's like a slime. Making all drinks flat because all the flavor is on your hand and the soda machine. Tried to mention this to an employee but they were both nowhere to be seen... during lunch hour.

I used to work at a Qdoba and this is just not up to par. The quesadilla press extremely dirty, the food looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, they scraped dried queso for my nachos, both my friend and I got brisket with our chicken in our meals when we didn't ask for it, and the rice was hard. There's only one door that works, the kitchen had pools of water just sitting there, the music was extremely loud, and the entire place smelled like mildew. I honestly thought it was closed. I've been to plenty of Qdoba's before and worked in most of them and none of them have been this bad. If you want Qdoba go to the one in Tulsa hills or broken arrow.

The last few trips, 4-5, has been lackluster. The meat has been old and burnt. I love the queso though so if the meat looks bad we just get more beans and it's pretty good. For its simplicity and customizability it's worth going. But I've been to better locations.
As soon as I walked in, I was worried that it was closed. It took a little for anyone to greet me and when they did, they seemed annoyed I was there. They had the door open and there were flies EVERYWHERE. I have never been to a bad qdoba until today. The food was not good- stale, burnt, and cold. If you are reading this and want to make the drive, go to tulsa hills.
Depending on who is working determines how pleasant your experience will be and how skimpy your meal will be too!
messed up burrito and didn’t know how to use cash register and didn’t warm up burrito well and was very intoxicated
Food was way to salty and not very good. Half the chips were stale. It was also hard to figure out where to go in only one door was open, half the chairs were put up too so we originally thought it was closed.
