Just… just awful. Even Taco Bell (and other Mexican restaurants) knows to wrap the tacos. What even is this nonsense?

Last night, I placed an online order around 9:10 PM with ready time of 9:30. At 9:40, my phone starts ringing nonstop call after call. I declined, but it kept ringing, making it seem like someone was desperately trying to track me down. My wife even gave me a suspicious look because of how relentless it was.
When I finally answered, it was Qdoba. A woman on the line told me my order was ready but that they were closing right now. I told her that Google lists their closing time as 10 PM, but she insisted they close at 9:40 and that they’re supposed to be out the door by 10. I let her know I was only a mile away and would be there in minutes.
When I arrived, she looked at me and said, “Sorry, I was really rude on the phone, but we’re supposed to be gone by 10.” I reminded her that Google says they close at 10, and she just gave me a weird look. At that point, I grabbed my food and left.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. If this is how she treats customers, she’s costing your company money. Meanwhile, the other employee on shift clearly knew she was in the wrong. you could tell by his body language that he was uncomfortable with the situation. He was professional; she was not.

Bridgette was working all by herself this evening. She was nothing but courteous and hardworking. She was very nice to my children and still found it in her to bring a smile to everyone. She deserves a raise:)

Great customer service although there was only one guy working he was very kind and attentive I wish the food was just a tad more fresh than it was but it still tasted great! The store also looked very well kept!

This one is so consistently good. I'd rather drive more to get to this location than go to the closer Tulsa Hills one. It's just that much better.

Terrible place a lady got assaulted by a white male while his wife watched a didn’t care. The worker didn’t do anything and tried to tell the police that the woman who got assaulted put hands on him first when all she was doing was trying pay for her food after the worker messed it up the first time. While she was trying to pay for the food the man was because she was apparently taking too long. She told him hold on she just paying for it, than he proceeded to walk up and shove her hard to where she almost hits the ground. That’s when she proceeded to recorded the rest of her time there. Everyone in that facility was Caucasian and she was a mixed woman. I believe that it was a RACIAL DISCRIMINATION and even the cops wouldn’t listen to her and try to arrest her for absolutely no reason and didn’t when they realized she was on the phone with her lawyer. I highly DO NOT recommend going here for it’s racist backgrounds and horrible customers and staff!

When you want a loaded tortilla soup in a tortilla bowl, but their tortilla bowl machine is "broken"... You get this bowl of disappointment. They claimed they loaded it with chips at the bottom which is a complete lie... Another disappointment.

Out of all the ones in the Tulsa Area this is probably the best one and actually tastes like how the company intended. I'm not sure if it's the employees or the newest of the restaurant but this is definitely a Safe QDOBA to go to as in the quality of the food

Love the dobe. Chipotle doesn't even exist. They have roasted street corn topping now. I can't speak to the meat too much. The chicken is probably my fav, but I get veggies 99 out of 100 times.

We recently had an unpleasant experience at the Qdoba on Kenosha, but coming to this location was surprisingly pleasant. This Qdoba was much cleaner, the employees were polite, the food was fresh with everything in stock, and the portions were great.
