I was parked for my 34-hour reset at QT 1215 Sparta Pike, Lebanon, TN 37090. About halfway through it a manager came out and told me I can only park for 12 hours and that I have to leave. This is the first time I've ever heard about that policy. I've never had this kind of problem at QT before.I pick my own fuel stops using EFS fuel routing. This QT was supposed to be where I fueled Monday morning before I went to delivery. I unchecked QT just a little bit ago in retaliation for kicking me out. My fuel routing won't use QT anymore.

I loved QT's amaretto cappuccino coffee. It was my consistent go-to for pre-made store bought coffee. Now these weird dispensers that look like a beer bar have been installed. They don't have the amaretto flavor, so I tried another. It was horrible. I spat it out, and threw away the rest. I tried the hot chocolate next. It was just as bad. I'm am now getting to where I will go to other stores instead of using QT for my snacks, gas, and drinks.

The QT,s used to have the best brewed iced tea, my daily stop. They are changing out to auto tea machines that don't work and taste like colored water. No good!

QuikTrip is overrated. They used to be great. Used to have clean restrooms, good food and the best staff.Now, bathrooms are trashed, if open at all. They think rollers are great, but everyone offers them. Trying doing something unique instead (that is what made QuikTrip). I can walk into a Tom Thumb and get better breakfast sandwich’s. Casey's and get better pizza. Kum & Go even offering a better breakfast. Circle K offers a easier checkout experience. Buccee's with a better selection of everything. It seems like at least once a month there is another shooting at a QuikTrip on the news. Never fails every QuikTrip in Tulsa you got a 30 second window to get things done before some crack head ask you for money.QuikTrip used to be great, but they lost their creativity and settled for the cheapest food. They forgot they had competition and now they are getting smoked by the competition. QuikTrip needs Chester Cadieux, not Chet. ?

Sorry to the people who are writing reviews of this place as if it's actually a gas station or convenience store. 4705 S 129th E Ave is the corporate headquarters for the QuikTrip Corporation and there is no fuel for sale here though perhaps there is a mock-up convenience store inside, it is not open to the public.Started in 1958 in a strip mall here Tulsa (not here here), the chain has 1005 locations across the Midwestern, Southern, and Western United States. It was opened after the founder saw the success of the 7-Eleven chain and decided he could compete with them. QT brought several innovations to the convenience store concept including being the first to offer self-serve fountain drinks and the first to open a convenience store in a downtown location.I've been to two dozen QuikTrips in my Yelping from as far away as Arlington Texas and all across the Charlotte North Carolina area including Denver, Gaffney and Fort Mill. I find the restrooms are usually clean, the coffee is excellent and the snacks are top notch. The QT Kitchen is great for a quick made-to-order or grab-and-go breakfast. I would like to make a QT lunch beak work, but there's to much salt in the grab & go items. Please put the sodium content on the label or reduce the salt to fix this problem all together. Thank you.
I had an issue with a lost receipt...a young man, Thaddeus, was most patient with me and helped until he found it in the data base...Excellent help! Excellent service!

Changing your coffee pot with the new kind was the dumbest thing ever now I will go somewhere else for gas and coffee QuikTrip is really going down hill

My husband stopped at Glenpool QT today to get Zen smokeless pouches. They rang up at full price. He told the clerk that the advertised price was still on a sign in the window. The clerk refused to honor the advertised price. My husband found himself in. An argument with the clerk. This is not good service.
