place used to be a good bar but after they got rid of the original bartenders everything's gone downhill. drinks& foods are worse the atmospheres crappy now. Also isn't a safe place bring cup covers

The staff were very friendly, which made our visit pleasant. We did not stay long, as we initially planned to visit the adjacent Max Retropub for games but discovered they do not offer food service. Consequently, we returned and dined here, the closest available option.

My friend asked for a fruity drink without pineapple juice (because she is allergic to pineapple) and was given a drink that tasted almost entirely of pineapple. I went up to the bar on her behalf and proceeded to be completely ignored despite attempts to get the bartenders attention. As we were leaving - because my friends throat was beginning to itch - I asked security if they had a first aid kit and if they had any Benadryl. Security was very helpful and listened to my complaints about the bartenders ignoring us. I usually love going to rabbit hole but if I ever go back and see either of those bartenders I will promptly leave.

These stoners gave me cheese fries instead of the wings I ordered. This is why we never should have made it medical. Like its 12:30am and im one of two people waiting for food. How can you not handle that. I try to call back and the phone line is dead. Get a grip on your addiction and maybe try giving someone what they ordered. If you plan on going here keep in mind who you are dealing with and be thorough.

Hello, I need to talk to someone immediately, your phone number is unconnected, one of your "security " guards walked in on me, not even walked in, kept banging and banging on the bathroom door while I was going pee, opened the door while I was naked, I want this addressed immediately.I tried to talk to one of your security guards out front he said I was too intoxicated, let the cameras show, I was not, I want him in trouble I want everyone who sexually violated me in trouble before I make this a problem.I am going to write a review, I will not stop until this is addressed. The other security guard who was standing outside with green hair completely blamed me for a man walking in on me naked!!!!! I will not stand for this. This will be addressed now or will be a problem later.

Came to the rabbit hole on memorial Sunday. They had karaoke with a lively crowd enjoying life. I ordered the shrimp basket and a rum and coke, ran me 22 bucks.... pretty easy on the pockets... the shrimp was great

Solid bar downtown. Bartenders have always been super cool, even when ridiculously swamped with people ordering. Food is good. I eat something almost every time I'm there. Great local music destination. Props to them for supporting local talent.

A bartender that goes by the name noor accused me of pushing people and kicked us out when all we were doing is sitting down and having a good time. And later he called me apologizing but I had contacted the management about it and not a single thing was done. If you don't wanna get kicked out for no reason I wouldn't recommend stepping in here.
Also, when I spoke to the public about it I was told that one of their staff members just went to jail for child pornography so I kinda figured for my self what kinda place this is.
