I HOPE I’m not butchering this but Catilina was amazing. She was very helpful and kind. I was having a horrible day and she truly saw it and turned it around. Canes, you’re lucky to have her on your team!

SLOWEESSTTT canes i’ve been to—fries tasted old, and just really frustrating. waited 30 minutes for food that wasn’t even close to the best canes i’ve had. I was eating the bread(which is usually my favorite part of the meal) and i took it out of my mouth because it tasted OLD and STALE. Please—do better.

Clean restaurant inside. I mainly do drive through and it never fails that there is always a long line and I wait 15 minutes in the drive through line.
My son loves canes so we'll keep coming back. I do prefer the location in Bixby/Tulsa by 101 and memorial.

We got a $104 take out order consisting of several box combos. We asked for ketchup and did not get one packet for all those fries. Wait, it gets better. 4 of my coworkers witnessed me pull a black curly hair out of my fries. Whole thing went strait in the trash! 🤮🤮 I will never eat Cane's again!

Food was tasty, hot, and a good price for what we received. Customer service was not so great. Why can't the upcoming generation learn that in customer service, a smile and a greeting goes a long way. The young lady who "greeted" us whispered and then waited for us to order. The restaurant was clean and bright. I just wish employees would learn that you only have a job if there are customers. Poor customer service will start driving customers to other chicken restaurants.

Honestly, I rarely go, but my family said their chicken is rated better than Chick-fil-A. It's kinda weird that they don't have BBQ sauce since they have chicken tenders....it's a preference of my sweet grand. 🥰 It's one of my grands' favorite spots....so whenever we're able, not often, I take him there. 🙏🏽💚

Vegetarian options: I think French fries and slaw would be the only options, but I suppose with lemonade, it would be an interesting combination. 🤔

Dietary restrictions: Not sure.

Parking: Spot near Tarjay (Target) & 169 on 71st street.

Kid-friendliness: Seems kid friendly. They do have a kid's meal. Their kid's activity is usually MUCH more involved than other fast food spots.....mazes, games, etc....not just a cheap toy. 😉🙃

Wheelchair accessibility: Not sure......I think it's required to be so probably is. :)

So, this is a place I used to love. But I'm sad to say it has gone downhill in recent times. The size of the chicken strips has gotten way smaller over the past years but, today was a ridiculous offense. I was given the skinniest 3 pieces of chicken in my box combo. I say 3 because 2 of the 4 "pieces" looked as if they could have been one single piece cut in two. I wish I had taken pictures before eating them but They were literally gone in a single bite. They were short, stubby, and super skinny. I used to continue coming even with the recently smaller sizes. But to be hungry and excited for food to get home and open the box for it to barely have any chicken is insane when that's the main part of the meal. I can't say I will be returning any time soon after today. Truly makes me sad because I am a regular customer but as someone who works in the Industry; to see someone package this meal and think it was okay is insane to me. I won't be coming back
