Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

First time experiencing Raiaing Cane's, and frankly last! It was take out. The chicken was undercooked. The coleslaw was just so-so! The fries were stone cold, of which I don't hold against them! The kicker on the whole meal did have to with the fries; however, a big fat juicy black hair!! That ruined. Threw the whole meal out, and puked! Luckily, I found it early on. Not before trying each and everything. They do have WONDERFUL sweet iced tea! After the hair, it had to go IN THE TRASH AS WELL!!

Pretty upset with this last visit to this location which I frequently visit.

They messed up my order in multiple different way, almost got the whole thing wrong and forgot food. Fries were cold, my wife’s drink was warm, and then they asked us to pull up so they could fix our order. We waited for over ten minutes before my wife went inside to see what was going on and she found all the employees just standing around. They had forgotten we were even out there. She then had to wait for them to fix our order because they hadn’t even started on it!

Very upset with this location, I would suggest heading to the location on Yale and 51st!

We love cane's wish our town (bartlesville, ok) had one. This location specifically has good customer service. And great food. Easy to get in and out. Ate here several times during my husband hospital stay

Cashier Jada running the drive thru on Saturday night 10/12 was not very friendly and then I paid for extra sauce then you don’t give it to me. Hope to have a better experience next time. With fast food it’s always a hit and miss but usually this location is solid.

5 stars, as someone whos in the big back community you should come here, the chicken was so fresh and juicy the fries were on POINT, the lemonade was so fresh & employees were so sweet!

Ugh. I love canes. I eat it more than I’d like to admit. But I will not return to this location for some time. I know it’s knew so I’ve forgiven the issues I’ve had every visit over the last few months. But I am out of patience at this location. Will drive elsewhere.
Chicken is generally fine, fries are usually soft. The main issue is ordering drive through. I’ve had a variety of employees so it’s got to be a training issue. I’ve been rushed every time. I barely have time to finish speaking one part of the order before they’re telling me the price, not asking if I want anything else. One person didn’t ask my drink order and he already told me the price and what window before I could get a word in to tell him what drink I wanted.
Today the person at the window was rushing so much she handed me a lemonade with no lid. Followed by an unsweetened tea instead of a sweet tea.
I have never experienced any of this elsewhere so they just have some growth to go.

I’ve been to a couple of Cane’s out in TX and the one in The city. This location is by far the best one I’ve visited. I love that it closes at 1am. We need a late night spot. Customer service was absolutely on point. Brandon and Yandell are great assets to the company and I know everyone felt the same way. Super attentive and bright. We loved the ambience, great music picks, modern style atmosphere and quick service.
