It’s this cute little joint on 11th Street in the old Route 66 district. You order from an old-school Shasta trailer, which is already a vibe, and then you get hit with some of the best fried chicken you’ll ever put in your mouth. We got the regular fried chicken and the tenders — both original and spicy — and every single bite was amazing. Lightly breaded, super flavorful, not greasy at all. Basically, if chicken had a red carpet moment, this would be it. And then the mac and cheese happened. I’m still thinking about it. Creamy, cheesy, pure comfort. I actually said out loud, “This might be the best mac and cheese of my life,” and I stand by that dramatic statement. The roll and butter? Also stupid good. Like, why is the bread this good? The place is small but had plenty of seating, super chill vibes, and honestly, I already want to go back. If you live in Tulsa or you’re just passing through, go eat here. Cancel your other dinner plans. This is the one.
Door dashed my order all I wanted was the chicken to be fried longer then usual pieces be so big that if you don't cook them longer by the time they get to me threw door dash they are gummy and soggy me and my wife order here all the time literally all the time and anytime I have requested for it to be fried longer the person usually is like sure but last night the woman that answered the phone did not want to do it she was very hesitant like me spending my money and requesting cooked a certain way was a problem for her so I called back and she said they cooked it longer.🙄 That was a lie anytime I have requested for it to be cooked longer big pieces or not it's always fried to perfection last night I couldn't finish the pieces because they were so gummy and soggy if I can't get the food cooked the way I want what's the point of buying here tough call though we really love the food

Finally I get to give a sweeping five-star review for a local run restaurant. Red light chicken head hot crispy moist delicious coating and even their side dish the green beans were hot and tasty but not overpowering. In other words they complimented the chicken perfectly. No gimmicks. Just tasty chicken.

MacNCheese was great, but the chicken was mircowaved, reheated , deep-fried reheated, or something else cause it was soggy skin and very chewy meat... maybe it was cause they had just opened.

Everything about this experience was excellent! I had the spicy chicken sandwich with seasoned french fries…oh my goodness it was excellent! Quaint cozy environment, music was a good vibe, not too loud. Seats just enough and cannot seat to the extent of overcrowding. It really felt good to eat here and the food….chefs kiss! 😘

Pricey but worth it. Service was friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Cool, creative interior makes a good choice for a Route 66 experience. The chicken was good quality. Its flavor was run of the mill, not bad. Staff said it made its items from scratch, which I believed. Not fast food. Food seems to have been prepared after we ordered, as opposed to sitting under heat lamps 👍. Nice inside. Recommend.

I had the spicy chicken and she had the tenders. Both were fantastic. Hot fresh and flavorful. Mac and cheese was great. Will definitely come back.
