We use to frequent this location often in the past but it’s been over a year now since we were there until last night. After I entered the building the reception was a warm welcome one as normal, but after being escorted to the table I noticed a bad stench in the air. The wait staff comes, we place our order no problem until they bring the food and we begin to engage in our dinner but the silverware is so stained it was terrible. I had to scrub them clean before we could use them. Even after asking for another set that was brought out but they were all the same. I decided to take a picture to include in my review. However I did speak to our server about it clearly making them understand I wasn’t blaming her because understanding the different positions given, and she indicated she would let the manager know. Jackson comes to our table and I showed him the stainless table wear, asking if he was a customer would he want to eat his food using something like that and he said of course not and stated he was happy that we brought it to their attention. I explained to him also of my intention of posting a review with the pic. Although the staff was very friendly from beginning to end. I don’t think I’ll be returning to that location again, it’s just not the same anymore.
Food Was exlent Jackie the waitress was super nice and did everything very very well. She took great care of us. Hope we get to see her again.
The food was very blah, and we waited FOREVER to be served even though the restaurant was practically empty. I was also promised a voucher from the manager for the subpar experience. However, I still haven't received it or heard anything from him, and it's been two weeks. Very disappointing!
Megan best bartender in Tulsa and Tiffany the most awesome manager

I can’t say I was surprised by what I found at Red Lobster this time around. The industry had been saying it, I had been saying it, and now—well, here we are. It’s all coming true. Watching this once-bustling seafood spot slowly morph into a lackluster diner is like seeing an old friend let themselves go. A little sad, a little predictable, and entirely avoidable.
The lack of organization was evident the moment we walked in. We were given the illusion of choice—table or booth? We picked a table, only to be told three seconds later, “Oh, actually, we only have a booth.” So… why ask? It was the restaurant equivalent of someone offering you a ride and then saying, “Oops, I don’t have a car.”
Once seated, we met our waitress, but she forgot to ask about our drinks. No big deal, except that sitting there, waiting, gave me time to absorb the ambiance—or rather, the lack of it. Carpeted floors… still? Dim, lifeless décor. And that distinct, well-aged carpet aroma. If this were a mystery novel, the smell alone would be a major plot twist.
Drinks eventually arrived, and we placed our order. I went for the two-choice shrimp, hoping for a silver lining. To be fair, our waitress was friendly and tried to make conversation, which I appreciated. But her inexperience was hard to miss—forgetting items, needing reminders, and ultimately leaving us on a scavenger hunt for a pen when it was time to sign the check. No pen at the table, none at the hostess stand, and even the manager had to search for one. By then, I was just ready to escape.
It honestly pains me to see Red Lobster sink like this. Could anything revive it? Maybe a miracle. Maybe Gordon Ramsay. But at this rate, I suspect even the lobsters are looking for an exit.

Missy was wonderful, she gave an amazing service. She walked us out of the restaurant, and loaded us with the famous biscuits. She even celebrated my parents anniversary with us.
