The last 2 visits here, and we are regulars, have been awful service. We left before our food after 1 hour. Today is looking the same. Only 2 wait staff, food 30 minutes later and no drink service from the bar. TRY ANOTHER RED LOBSTER, perhaps this is not the new normal!

This was the worse atmosphere and service that I've had in my life! And on my birthday weekend! My husband and I were seated in the back. We waited for 10 minutes and noticed that everyone around us was getting taken care of. And we were the only African Americans sitting on that side. Thinking ok maybe their just really busy..Not! We waited another 10 minutes. Finally I got up and went and asked one of the waitress to get the manager. My husband and I really was really upset now! The waitress went and got the manager. Let the manager know that we have been waiting for 20 minutes that we were the only African Americans their and seated in the back. She apologized and got someone to serve us. While we were eating another family came in and as soon as they sit down. They were taken care of. And yes they were Caucasian. We would've walked out! However i had a gift card that I wanted to use on my and for birthday. I never thought that Red Lobster employees would treat us this away! Shame on you! If I we had a choice we would give you NO STARS!

The food was good. Our waitress Daisia (I know I probably spelled it wrong) was absolutely amazing! She was probably one of the best servers I've had in a really long time! She was super friendly, helpful, and cheerful, and we never ran out of anything! She made our visit amazing!!

Jessica Kahl the “general manager” that’s been there “12 years” apparently missed the part of her job about customer service. Attempting to voice your displeasure with her is just that an attempt… she’ll cut you off before you can voice your issue. Asking her to let you finish a sentence is triggering for her as well because then she attempts this child like fake smile and laugh like The Joker (sound and appearance “want to know how I got this smile” visual). Her excuse for this was “I was going to give you a free appetizer” as if that is what I’m asking for or talking about. After the master class of horrific customer service she tells us she “knows what I’m doing” and she's been there “12 years” and as if that was something to hang you hat on… also comical bc in 12 years she forgot how to schedule enough servers on Easter. Only for her to walk off in mid conversation. Unfortunately these are the people that reproduce and consider themselves professionals (unsure what one of those are scarier) 11 years too long. Glad to avoid the food bc I’m not confident the staff is coherent enough to make a meal under Captain Jack Sparrow. If you need food don’t “Kahl” this location.. you’ll just hear Snapple facts about Jessica’s troubled 12 years of being a 45 yr old stagnant biscuit server supervisor.

Two in our party's crab was cold. They were extremely accommodating and replaced it. Our server was not as attentive as I would have liked. Kept us waiting several times. Very nice though.

We went for lunch today for the lobster bisque and they no longer serve it. We left and went elsewhere We really just wanted the soup and a salad and they had the best bisque around
