Imperial rolls have always been a favorite but seems the peanut sauce has gone downhill for years, it used to be thick and delicious now it is very thin and doesn’t taste right.

Awkward is how I’d describe my time at Ri Le. I love Vietnamese food and was excited by the number of vegetarian options.
The guy that greeted us didn’t seem happy to see us. He didn’t say anything other than confirming 3 people. I tried saying hello, thank you, and no response to anything. Awkward.
There was one other table in the dining room when we arrived. There is no music playing and it was awkwardly quiet.
I asked our server (not the guy who sat us) about the “ Chef Special Vegan” soup. It was “not pho and only came with noodles, green onions, and carrots.” Could I add other veggies? “No, they are really strict about that here.” It was cold outside and I wanted soup, so I still got it. The broth was good but $10 for noodles, broth, and onions didn’t seem like a good value. There were actually carrots in it.
My coworker had to get up and try to find the server because we didn’t get chopsticks and needed napkins. My other coworker didn’t get the soda he ordered when we were first greeted by our server until after our food came out. I think 2 other tables came in during our duration. But our server seemed a little stressed. I actually felt bad for her, like maybe it wasn’t the best place to work.
My coworkers thought their food was pretty good, too. But we all agreed it was an awkward experience with a weird vibe in there, and we probably won’t revisit.

Been eating here a long long time. My wife picked up some salads this evening and the noodles are severely overcooked disintegrating in our mouths. The beef is flavored terribly and the peanut sauce is all.oil. Worst experience in over 20 years eating here. Im thinking the owner wasnt in this evening.

A great friend shard me this little restaurant 35 years ago and it's still my favorite restaurant in Tulsa.. one of a kind. The deluxe salad and egg rolls unforgettable.
The coffee drinks made at the table are so creamy. Thank you to the family

Ri Le has always been a highly qualified restaurant with lots of awards and recognitions from many magazines and newspapers for its delicious food and service for a long time. Recently the service has fell in quality. Just one or two waiters attending, longer time waiting for food. Orders with meat and vegetables, you'll find a very few pieces of meat on your plate. We missed the presence of its famous founder owner, who used to wander between the tables, suggesting special food or inviting to taste a new dish.

I gave 4s and not 5s because first, they need to hire a restroom cleaner. They only have one restroom for one person for females and one for males. It really needs attention. The food I ordered was good. I ordered a salad with meats and it was pretty good but I did not like the meats cause it was bland. They need new bowls and plates cause the look and color looked ancient. Also, she gave me reusable chopsticks. Inside of the restaurant could use some updates. My waitress needs to smile a bit and welcoming. She maybe was tired.

Terrible service. The old man and young gal that was the server were not friendly and treated us with disrespect. The man said to sit over there and threw the menus on the table and left. Server had ear phones on and dropped off the waters. Didn’t seem they wanted to serve us. Very unprofessional. Don’t eat here.

Take out. Food was cold. The recipes have changed and are terrible. They used to have the best egg rolls but not anymore! So disappointing since I have gone there for over 20 years.

Food was mediocre. Ordered a pho and spring rolls, they only brought out the pho. It was ok, since the pho wasn't great, glad I didn't have to waste money trying the spring rolls too. Also, not sure, but my bowl of pho was pretty small, and was charged for a large. If that is the large size, it's definitely not worth $9.99 for noodles and a few pieces of beef.
