It's fast food BBQ at this location. Counter service and go find a seat. Payment machine is set up to ask for a tip for counter service and you still have to fill your own drink.

Good - ****
Ordered my fav roughneck cheese burger. It comes with patty and brisket. Smoky and sweet beans came as the side item. Loved the flavor. It is bit pricy though(14.29)

Main issues are price and food quality. I have no problem paying the prices they have IF the food is actually good. The pulled pork was bland, the sausage was watery and disintegrated (not in a good way) in my mouth, the sauce tasted like it came from a grocery store generic bottle, and the mac and cheese was gelatinous and grainy at the same time. Just don't eat here. It's not worth it.

Geez! Didn't realize just ordering a drink would be such an inconvenience for you. Don't worry, I won't be bothering you again!

If I could give negative stars I would! Chicken salad sandwich with dry bread and hardly any chicken salad was the worst sandwich I've ever had. It looks nothing like the nice picture on the board and was absolutely terrible. Why would I pay 15 dollars for a spoon full of chicken salad and dry bread? Never again RibCrib you should be ashamed of yourself.

C'mon, You are a BBQ restaurant! How could you forget to slip in the BBQ sauce for my order? Give me a break! You have got to be kidding me!

I love eating here and am thankful to have all the great options in the Williams Center. The people who work at this Rib Crib are friendly and quick and always get my order right. The food is excellent, one of the better options in downtown Tulsa. It isn't too expensive for the quality, especially compared to all the other options downtown. I wanted to write this today because the only other reviews this location has are written by cheapskates unfairly comparing this food-hall-style location to other full-size, standalone Rib Cribs.

Spent $17.50 on a spud with brisket, 0.99 drink and 2.00 tip. Embarrassing. The spud was okay at best. What am I paying for?

Very expensive and missing many sides such as french fries, fried okra, and corn on the cob. There is no 1 meat plate option and brisket costs extra, if they have any in stock.
