It was pretty good, the meat was a little dry. But that's to be expected for the time we went. It was my 56th birthday, September 8th,? & we didn't get there until 9:30 pm

Sat at the bar for 10 minutes while bartender went through a whole story with the 1 other customer that was here. Another customer walked in and sat at the bar, then "Chad" asked the customer that just walked in what he wanted to drink. I asked about it, and his response was "I'll get to you". Absolutely disrespectful. I patiently waited for Chad to finish his story with other patreon. I am now driving to the other RibCrib location in hopes I get there before they close. Was really looking forward to a Cribwhich... so good! Terrible bar tender.

RibCrib catered our family reunion, and we could not be more pleased. They were kind, professional, and on time. They also set everything up. We had to make some adjustments with headcount and they worked with us without any problem. The food was delicious and worth the cost, but best of all, the service trumped it all. Shout out to the manager (I think Chris??) who made the experience great. Highly recommend for your next event!

Food was delicious, but the best part of our experience was our Server / Bartender KYLEE. She had a great personailty, amazing customer service skills, and was a very hard worker thoroughout the entire restaurant while we were dining at this location!

It's absolutely burnt up beef at this location. Don't use the drive-thru. That's the dumpster bound exit spot. Drive on.

The people they have handling the pickup window, including the management, are second to none...they have always gone above and beyond...masterful job...today's experience was exceptionally great due to the person that I had the pleasure of working with to solve online ordering glitches..well done!!!

DON'T get the brisket.. I paid extra for brisket and it was DRY.. like stick to your teeth and hard to choke down dry! The pulled pork was good.. turkey was dry but not as dry as the brisket... im so upset about the brisket.. i feel like they took one of the best meats for smoking and made it a crime ..good bbq sauce. Portion size average for the cost. Again don't get the brisket unless you like powder dry beef.
