Very poor service and was charged with someone’s else’s bill for over $40. On my credit card and after a week of asking for the error to corrected I still haven’t received my money back.
After 2 weeks (yes14 days) the corporate office will not help or let me speak to the cfo
I was told that I needed to get my refund by calling my bank.

I ordered the 2 meat dinner, ribs and sliced brisket with baked beans and coleslaw to go. The brisket was borderline being tough, could not eat it and the beans were cold. I haven't been to this location, W. Skelly, Tulsa, in about 3 months. Now I know why. Won't be going back

The food was delicious. However, we ordered 6 lb of barbecue to go and even though we asked repeatedly about sauce we were given no sauce. I would advise you to check your bags before you leave. Even if they tell you there is sauce in the bag.

This place is awesome! Great atmosphere! It's got a bar with a TV, but it's not overwhelming. Volume was at a respectful level. The walls were decorated, but not outlandish.
The food was excellent! The flavors blended well with good portions. I had the chicken, brisket and pulled pork. I would recommend it to everyone!
The best part was I had the perfect server! Ms. Rachel never let my glass get below a quarter full. She has an easy smile, a great sense of humor, she listens intently and I believe she offered perfect service. She was taking care of a lot of tables and never seemed to miss a beat.
Given the opportunity, I will go here anytime I'm in Tulsa! This was a much better choice than I expected. Thank you for the awesome food and service!

This plate cost me $21. I got 2 small ribs and a few pieces of old, dried up brisket with two sides. Never will I ever go back.

Green beans were great. 8/10
Mac was meh. 4/10
Brisket was horrible, had no seasoning, was completely dry, and basically turned to powder when touched. 0/10
Ribs were ok, ordered the sweet and sticky ribs, but they were more of a dry rub than anything. 6/10

Overall, there is a lack of seasoning on everything, and the quality of the food made this place equal to a McDonald's of the bbq world.

The manager at this location is useless imo. No people skills, no followup or follow through. Our server was amazing! Apologetic as our brisket was served cold. We asked for it to heated up. However, when they heated it up, they also heated up our pickles and our bread, which now made the bread soggy and our pickles hot. No common sense. The manager couldn't explain what happened and why it was served cold. The server then compted our meal. What a gong show!
The manager didn't appear again. That's not management. I used to be a restaurant manager. You take accountability and make it right! He hid and sent our server out. We won't be back!

It's hard to try BBQ outside of my hometown of Kansas City. However, I'm glad I tried here. I will be back often. Thank you for a great lunch and perfect service.
