Christian the manager was absolutely phenomenal? He overheard me ask, oh my girlfriend if I could have her pickles, and he brought me a to go bowl full of pickles. Vincent our waiter was also perfect. Absolutely recommend this location!!!

I really haven't been impressed with RibCrib in a while! Time before this was disappointing as well ! Order a BBQ sandwich and there's barely any brisket on it !!!!!! I didn't come in for bread and BBQ sauce and the super small sides with a coke to drink... today was a different location and it just must be a company wide thing ! Used to be the best place to go for a hearty BBQ meal , now it's just a has been or was at one time.... I'll take my BBQ eating business elsewhere.( Should've taken pics of how little meat was on my sandwich !).

first, so there's a set price and then all the sudden brisket is $2.97 to add on bull. second, I got the two meat combo why am I paying extra for certain sides. third, I only get four little slices of chicken breast on there are you kidding me!!!🤬🔥🔥🔥😡
Excellent service by a waiter named “chicken” he is really cool and easy-going. Food was great, atmosphere was great as well.

Linda and i hit our home of BBQ the Rib Crib today Saturday 29 2025 at around 2pm Crib was very busy, but as always we were quickly seated and cared for, Joe took are orders and soon we were being served, Joe was super busy but always took time to check on us, all the people at our Rib crib are very nice even if they did not wait on you they always speak to you and make you feel your not just someone who they don't notice hey i always feel i am at someplace that cares about me, Linda feels the same way and shes the payer me the tipper, food was as always great so much pulled pork and fries and smokey beans, hardly could finish it all it's a little farther drive from where we live but it's always worth the drive Our Rib Crib is always like i have arrived at a wonderful place and at my age i say wow !! i made it again.

Ordered take out. Everyone got baked potatoes, and the bottom of mine was burnt. We asked for extra salad dressings, and they brought back one small container for each potato instead of just one of the big containers. You can request this when dining in at no additional charge, but the waitress checked our tkt to see if we had paid for the big container online. Not the worst experience, but def not the best.
