I Came in 20 minutes before closing, so I ordered from the bar to go. Being that late, I expected staff to be a little frustrated, but if they were, they hid it well. Lol. When I get into my car, I noticed they tossed in a free pie and ice cream, so thats a win!! Food was quality as well.

We come with the kids and sometimes just meet for lunch when the kids are in school. Either way, it never misses. The food is SO good !!! Kids meals come with desserts and it entices them to eat most of their food !! I love it. Cocktails good food is good. 10/10 for sure 🫶🏽🫶🏽 and it’s a hop and skip away from the house. So that’s definitely a plus 💅🏽

I should have learned by now not to order take out from this place. Every single time I order, they mess it up and they forget something. On the occasions that I catch it before I get home, they get an attitude about it like it’s not their fault. Today was probably the 5th or 6th time that my order has at least one item missing and I’ve finally hit my limit with them. I will no longer be buying anything from them. So take my advice and double check your food or better yet, just go some place else.
I placed a to-go order through the RibCrib app for a Santa Fe Spud from the 81st & Yale location, and everything went perfectly. The ordering process on the app was smooth and user-friendly. I arrived a little earlier than the estimated pickup time, but my order was already close to being done—no long wait!
The Santa Fe Spud was hot, fresh, and loaded with flavor. The smoked chicken was tender and well-seasoned, and the toppings were generous without being overwhelming. It was the perfect comfort food after a long day.
The staff was friendly and had my order bagged up and ready as soon as it was finished. Super convenient and everything was just as I ordered it. I’ll definitely be using the app again for future takeout—great option when you’re short on time but still want a hearty, satisfying meal. The earned points accumulate quickly and I can use them for rewards on my next order!

Watched food sit in window for 10 minutes when it was served food was rock hard & cold. Once again server had attitude. Drinks were never filled, server was mad because she was supposed to leave. Called in a take out order. It was ready on time, delivered to the curb promptly by a very nice wait staff. Food was packaged well for a short trip. Ordered brisket sandwich and a brisket cribwhich. The brisket was dry, chewy and and very smoke flavor. The jalapeño cheese sausage was dry and flavorless. Absolutely the worst BQ I have ever eaten. Listen I ate Rib Crib for years at the original store on Harvard. If you want commercial sized BQ go to Ribcrib. There quality haz really suffered.
