Brought my MIL for her 81st birthday last night. Everything was fantastic. The food was great, chicken was really moist. Didn't care for the queso (they aren't a mex place, kiddo wanted it) but it was a Velveta cheese for sure. Again we weren't at a Mexican rest. so this did not bother us. Our server Star was really great and even joined with us to sing Happy B-day. Great job Star and Rib Crib.
We came during a snowstorm tonight and had the BEST service hands down by Celeste I believe was her name. She was attentive, kind and truly made our entire night. She 1000% deserves a raise. We will for sure be back and asking for her again!

Catching hell from wife because the mashed potatoes and gravy side that was part of our takeout order didn’t have gravy. She said I have to ask for it in the online order but I relied the description says mashed potatoes AND gravy. What a let down to the meal and now I get to catch grief from wife due to Rib Crib service mistake. Boooo…
