Great location and a beautiful restaurant. We had a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 children. We went in for a late lunch on a Saturday. We were able to sit right down but it still took forever even though the restaurant was not extremely busy. Our server wasn’t very friendly or accommodating to the children in our group. We were asked to move the high chairs multiple times due to being in the way. We asked to split our checks and were immediately told no that they can’t do that for a group this large. Totally understand for a larger group but for 7 people, come on?

Roosevelt use to be my favorite, it seems like the past year it's been hot or miss on the food now. Atmosphere and service still great but food has not been so great most times.
Update returned last night 6-27-25 for dinner and it was amazing. As usual the service was good.

Our server Tyler was so helpful with drink choices and great food suggestions! The Tuna nachos are delicious and so was the FDR burger.
Great choice of drinks and a fun atmosphere, too.

I've been here a few times typically during Christmas holidays it's usually EXCELLENT . However we went june, it was terrible like our food was re-refrigerated, soaked in salt water then re cooked. It was extremely salty I'll just come during Christmas 🎄

This is our favorite restaurant in town to take our kids to eat.

Sorry, but you overwork a simple dish beef stroganoff, I'm a 3rd generation Austrian. And have been to culinary school, all that is required for stroganoff is beef, sour cream, mushrooms(optional) and some time. Served over egg noodles or rice

This is a fabulous place to eat and gather with family and friends. We met our dear friends for dinner who eat here regularly. Huge selection of craft beers and our server Jose was attentive, fast and friendly. We will eat here a lot . I loved the black bean burger it was delicious. Eat here!!!

Ordered the artichoke dip and I couldn't describe it or the flavor. Took 2 bites and sent it back. Didn't order anything else. Retired chef.

✨ Mother's Day Brunch at Roosevelt's Tulsa ✨ I wasn’t expecting to be blown away—I just wanted a solid brunch and a Diet Dr Pepper. But Roosevelt’s? They delivered a next-level experience. I couldn’t decide what to order, so I asked our server Ty to surprise me. (Risky move, but I’d do it again in a heartbeat.) He brought me the Cherry Street Hash—loaded with seasoned potatoes, sautéed veggies, pepper sauce, and eggs over easy. It had the perfect kick, and yes, I sopped up every bit of sauce with the sourdough toast. No shame. My son got the Roosemelt—a melty, gooey chicken grilled cheese with garlic aioli and a three-cheese blend on buttery toast served with golden fries. That plate was clean before I even finished my second bite. My daughter tackled the FDR Burger, which looked like it came from a food magazine: juicy beef patty, thick-cut bacon, garlic aioli, fresh toppings, and melted white cheddar stacked on a soft brioche bun. It was so big you had to commit to the bite—and every bite was worth it. My husband grabbed Franky’s Breakfast—classic pancakes, eggs, and sausage. Comfort food, done right. And THEN came the carrot cake. I don’t throw this around lightly, but it’s the best dessert I’ve ever had. Moist, packed with nuts and perfectly disguised healthy stuff, layered with the most dreamy smooth cream cheese frosting and some mystery shaving on top that were absolute perfection. I’m still thinking about it. Seriously. Also: shoutout to the vibe. Cozy booths, a wall of books, warm lighting, and The Truman Show playing in the restroom. Yes, really. Would I go back? 100%. Would I let Ty order for me again? Without hesitation. 📍 Roosevelt’s Gastropub on Cherry Street 📞 (918) 591-2888 📌 1551 E 15th Street, Tulsa, OK 🕒 Brunch: Sat/Sun 10AM–8PM Locally owned. Co-owner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Not to mention their food is overpriced for what you get.
