Like everyone else who's reviewed we should have checked the reviews first.
When my husband saw the sign, "Authentic Chicago Pizza" he got really excited because he loves deep dish pizza. Not surprisingly now, there was no line at all and all the other restaurants had a minimum of 10 people in line. So he asked for 2 slices of the cheese pizza they had in a glass case which looked like basic school pizza (definitely not Chicago pizza) and the worker took the pizza to the back and when he came back it was scorching hot and tasted like it was microwaved. He didn't even eat half of once slice it was that awful. He ended throwing a whole slice and a half away and getting chick Fila. That was the worst pizza we've ever tried.

I moved from Phoenix which has Rosatis all over. I was really looking forward to it, but was completely disappointed. Idk how this location is even open. They don't offer ANYTHING on their menu except the pizza. Why even have the menu up if you don't serve anything but pizza???

This pizza is nasty, the dough is raw with the texture of wet play dough. There is no reason to try for yourself, take my word and the advice of every other review listed.

In all my 68 years of Earthly living I've not been served worse pizza than what was just given me. I should have read the reviews first. I ordered it because there was no line at this mall location. Turns out everyone knew better than me.
The slices were day old and soaked in oil. I grew suspected something when the clerk took the slices in the back to microwave them. The breading was just a congealed mess. I tried to capture it in the photos.
What a disgrace. The owners should be ashamed. I am taking the slices back. I won't ask for a refund because I'm sure the owners would take it out of the clerk's salary.

A friend and I decided to switch it up in the food court, and it was a bad idea.
Not only was the food less than acceptable to serve, but there was almost NOTHING to order.
We only had one option for pizza, pepperoni, and it looked frozen. It was oily, cold-ish, and the crust was like cardboard. The pepperoni was like the ones you get on a cheap frozen pizza from walmart.
I tried to order other things on the menu, but was met with “we don’t have anything but what you see” which was just the one pepperoni pizza, a frozen drink option and fountain drink option.
The same woman always sits up front, tries to ignore you until you leave from not being greeted, or you have to greet her and feel like you’re the annoyance. (even though this is a supposed pizza place, that is customer based.)
Is this even a real store, or a front for something?
How have they been able to keep their shop open with NO customers, and terrible service all round?

Id give zero stars if I could they don't speak English and after I purchased food from there I needed a napkin and she refused even after I told her my kid spilt the drink they gave me with no lid on it!! Do not give your business to them selfish and not friendly

They leave the pizza out all day and then warm it up in the microwave in front of you and they are super rude and the menu isn’t even all available. No fresh food.
Pizza tasted terrible. No napkins, no drinks. I will never go back. I see why they was the only food place that had Noone in line

The lady seemed annoyed that I came up to the register, no napkins, no Parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes anywhere, oh, and my pizza didn't have a back to it, complete waste of my money
