first off fluorescent white lighting is so 2014 let’s fix that before you even try on the food because the food is a lost cause anyways, I ordered “cheese fries” and waited about 15 minutes for the so called cheese fries, we literally watched the employee roll his eyes back in a sassy fit after being told to make my order. when the food was finished the “man” (no real man has a buzzcut in november 2023) basically threw the CHEESE FRIES on the counter and did not say a word. when i opened the cheap styrofoam box, there were fries.. with un melted shredded white cheese sprinkled on top. fries were not only seasonless they were soggy, cheese was UNMELTED, not only the use of pre shredded cheese on a $6 simple appetizer is unwarranted in my books but the fact it was UNMELTED makes me feel a lump in my throat, not because i’m gona cry, but because i was gona throw up the salty but yet unseasoned fries.Dietary restrictions: if you like melted cheese don’t come here

So last night the storm knocked out the power and ROSATI’s PIZZA was the only place open.I have tried Pizza Slice from Roast’s Pizza earlier but this particular outlet make different from other their service- fast and helpful and i had their Pep and cheese pizza Slice, loaded with cheese and top so tempting fresh…. delicious ???? way much better than I can found in any other outlet i just loved it.
I have a great pizza here!!! They cook lovely food.. good service....all employees are friendly

I love the Rosati's in Kansas City and Dallas; so, I was super excited when I saw it in the mall. They don't offer pasta which I originally was going to get, then I was told they were out of several toppings for calzones. Tried to order a sandwich, and they said they couldn't make sandwiches. Then, i was like I'll just get a pizza for my family, but they didn't have any boxes to make a big pizza. I walked away.

I ate there yesterday and I dont know about the pizza but my calzone was good and the older gentleman was so kind and helpful! He smiled the whole time and when I asked for a plastic knife for my calzone they didn't have one so he offered to take it into the back and cut it into thirds for me! I see the reviews and it seems like this place could be great! Just needs a little tlc from the owner.I wish I would have gotten the name but the older gentlemen working last night but definitely deserves a shout for his customer service skills!
