Hands down best wings in Tulsa. When I go the food be on point and Rozay and Sam are just the absolute best. Duo you didn't think you needed. The two together make you feel like family and a good time is always had.

A pretty good place. Their okra and onion rings were the best things. Their wings were dry and tough though and they were quite small. The sauces were good though. They only have about 9 drinks, with Pepsi being the only thing that is diet. The employee was great though and was very friendly.

The BEST wings! The perfect honey hot sauce for the wings and unbeatable okra. I felt just like I was eating wings made in Memphis. The girl at the counter was wonderful too. I will definitely be back!!

If you haven't tried Rozay's you're missing out on the best wings in Tulsa! The flavors are amazing and the chicken is cooked perfectly crispy! Never disappointed when eating at this restaurant. Their catfish is almost pretty amazing!
Food was delicious! I had the shrimp and wing combo with Jerk flavor. Jerk was nice and spicy and shrimp fried perfectly. I look forward to trying more on the menu.

So, I'm from Philly, and back home it's not hard to find a spot for wings and fries on the late night, but its nearly impossible here.
I got the catfish and fries. everything was impressive. my only issue is passing off one filet of fish as 2 pieces of fish. that won't stop me from returning though. it was just that good.

It pains me that there is only a “yes or no” on recommendations and not a star rating.. because I would give a 3 out of 5. 5 for the delicious wings and a star deducted for each time I’ve walked over hungry for some wings only to be met by locked doors. Both of these times have been well within the posted hours of operations, and I was really looking forward to these wings! In the future, I will definitely call before I start heading that way, and make a backup wing plan.
