I only came here because of my mom wanted something but service was not good I wasn't greeted when coming in. I was jump by a lady I guess they knew when bringing it to the casher attention she blame me and stated she tired she just want to get something to eat I'm tired to I been at work for 68hr straight thats doesn't make me entitle to not show respect. Respect is everything and any money I spend I want to spend with someone who respect me my time and money.

My first experience at Rubicon was over 20 years ago on Edison. I met the lady who started Rubicon so I tried it! And since followed to locations through the years. My favorite is the baked potato with brisket or Chicken. It hits the spot with a sweet tangy BBQ sauce and easily makes 2 meals.

I normally have no problems with Rubicon but today I did an online order and it took an hour and 25 mins for my food to be ready I went in to get it and it was very hot in the building and behide the cashier counter and under the counters and back by the kitchen was really dirty and very unorganized also flies where flying around everywhere and ants where crawling on the counter and the BBQ sauce containers and the ceiling in some places was broken or caving in and that's very unsafe and unsanitary also they forgot my fries so I had to wait extra time for thoses and the peach cobbler I ordered was gross to thick and idk just taste different and my salad was warm and dry everything else was great just the place was a mess it made me feel uncomfortable
I got the brisket meal that came with a side salad, baked beans and toast. The brisket was absolutely amazing, it was without a doubt the best brisket I've ever had. 10/10 will be recommending.

Horrible experience they totally messed up my order also didn't add any sauce put cheese on the side no ranch or BBQ sauce I'm at a lost for words I'll never eat from this place again and I'll tell others about how bad this place is

What a good spot, I had the polish sausage and pulled pork and the smoke flavor was fantastic. The polish sausage flavor was the better of the two I tried. I didn't even have to smother in BBQ sauce like so many other places. The staff was friendly and kind as well. Good place to try if you haven't yet.
