Ruby's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

MUST TRY Deliciousness in Tulsa. Queso Burger has incredible mix of flavor combinations. Fried mushrooms were large, perfectly breaded scrumptious mouthfuls. I tried their Peach Mango shake, pleasantly surprised that fruity pebbles were a perfect compliment. They were very busy yet the staff was on top of trying to take care of all customers. Will be a staple stop in my travels to Tulsa.

Great food, great service and nice home town atmosphere. First time here. Our waitress was super friendly and very attentive. There were four of us and we all ordered different burgers and everybody liked what they ordered. Ruby’s signature burger was amazing with the mile high haystack onion rings piled on top. It was delicious! Another person ordered the Hawaiian burger and liked it. They offer a lot of burger choices, including “build your own”, several chicken choices plus homemade desserts and homemade Root Beer. The root beer was very tasty. There are lots delicious looking items on their menu. You can’t go wrong. I’ll be back for more soon.

I came in for lunch because I was craving a root beer. I ordered a sandwich, fries, onion rings, and a large root beer. Paid about $25 for everything. I ordered my food to go and only waited about 10 minutes before they brought my food to me. Only after my food was done they told me their soda machine was down. I was a bit bummed because that’s the whole reason I came but they were kind enough to give me the refund. The girl who took my order and gave me my refund on the drink was very sweet but the food was just not good at all. Once I tired the food it was very bland. No seasoning at all. Litterly tasted like nothing. The fries had no salt the onion rings and sandwich just tasted so bland. Good costumer service but that kitchen needs some seasonings!!!

Very bland burger and everything was extremely greasy i get its burgers and fries but kind if underwhelming

Ok food but disappointed. Everything offered has an upcharge. We are suggested Cinnamon, sugar and caramel to go with the sweet potato fries so of course she said yes, we weren't told it was an upcharge. Ok no biggie but I also had an extra patty on my burger I didn't ask for. This was brought to the servers attention as I removed it. (Way too much meat for me). I was still charged! The Mac an cheese was also just a small side at $5.99. I normally don't leave comments like this but I just don't understand why I had to pay for an extra patty I didn't order after being brought to her attention at the table and reguster and why the server don't let people know everything shes offering is an upcharge.

We just ate at the 71st location & it was a total NIGHTMARE!
We went around 2:00 pm & there was trash everywhere.
All over the floor 80% of the tables were not buzzed but 5-6 girls working but all were on their phones.
The prices have gone way up & our food was awful!
We used to love this place but we definitely won’t ever go back.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. Got the mushroom Swiss and it has some tasty fried onions on it… mmmmmmm😋 so good! 10/10 will be back

Door dashed....NEVER AGAIN!!!! BURGERS EERE PLAIN HAD A DIRTY GRILL TADTE TO THEM..ADKED FOR CRISPY FRIES...GOT BURNT FRIES
