I love coming every week. The restaurant is family owned and operated. It is run by 4 a generation family. We love coming and saying hi to Grammy. The staff have come to know my family and what we like. They always do a fabulous and fantastic job. We’ve never had a bad meal. The burgers are creative and delicious. The pies are always fresh and wonderful!!! You have to come visit, say hi to Grammy and request Kiera as your server. She will take very good care of you.

Absolutely THE BEST Burger I’ve ever eaten! Smoked Jalapeño Burger for the win 🥇 Note to self - bring a friend to split! So much flavor! One a kind and love at first bite! Homemade pies, root beer in frosty mugs, and so many different selections on the menu. My new favorite splurge! Next time, I’ll bring a friend and try the pie, thanks Ruby’s!

Great fresh hot smashed burger. Great patty melt with tons of grilled onions. Only set back was it doesn't come on rye bread. Awesome huge onion rings and really well cooked tots. The service is quick and very friendly.

Ate there for the first time yesterday, and honestly, all other food just looks sad now. I got the queso burger with a side of fried green tomatoes, and my husband got the smoked jalapeño burger with haystack onions. We could not have been happier. I wish I’d gotten a picture before I pulled off one of the onion rings from my burger. It was quite the impressive sight! The people were so friendly, and we can’t wait to go back. So good!!

Oh my gosh! Homemade root beer and haystack onion rings! We both had the Ruby’s Signature Burger and shared a half order of hand cut fries. Yum, yum, yum! Everything was delicious! Looking forward to trying my piece of homemade butterscotch cream pie when we get home!
We were greeted by Glenda and had the best service from Kiersten!

I don’t leave negative reviews often, but I feel this experience warrants one. I ordered a lemonade with three added flavors, each at $1. I watched the lemonade come directly from a Pepsi machine, yet the base lemonade was charged at $5.99, plus $3 for flavoring, making it nearly $9 for a drink that was not fresh-squeezed. The lemonade was also very bitter, and had I known it wasn’t freshly made, I would not have ordered it. I didn’t even finish it.

Additionally, my husband and son both ordered plain cheeseburgers, and neither could finish them due to the taste. I was skeptical at first, but after trying one myself, I agreed something was off. It may have been the seasoning, but the flavor was not enjoyable. I won’t be returning there. And just be aware of the over charges of something that sounds “more” is only more on the price. Not the quality.

The boys both liked the fries. And I got thin fried green tomatoes. They weren’t thin. But they tasted good.

We ate there the evening of Dec 27. We had the patty melt double with crispy fries and, the mushroom Swiss with half order of fried mushrooms. If you are not hungry don’t get a double burger. My patty melt was cooked perfect. My wife loved the mushroom Swiss. Greta little burger joint. We will be back when we are in The area.
