Ordered the queso burger. Was supposed to have jalepenos and avocado on it and did not. Barely any bacon. Also ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Both burgers had burnt patties. The fries were burnt. The shake was good but not worth the $6. This meal was a waste of $45!! We will not be back or recommending! Very disappointed.

The food is TOP-NOTCH!!! I've only tried the burgers, fries, & shakes, but because they are DELICIOUS, I'm guessing EVERYTHING they make is SPECTACULAR!!! If possible, the service is even better than the food!!! Family atmosphere-- great place to eat!!!

I just visited Rubys Hamburgers yesterday for the first time! After sitting down, I was greeted by the sweetest lady! She recommended the Rubys Signature and it was excellent! It comes with Haystack Onion Rings on it and I ordered a side of crispy fries with it! It was fantastic! They also make their own Root Beer and it was also excellent! It comes out in a frosty mug! The whole experience was wonderful! Great atmosphere and excellent food and service! I will most definitely be back!10 out of 10!

Another great mom and pops kind of diner. Asked for a lettuce wrapped burger and it was legit. Although I didn't try any of them, the homemade desserts looked amazing. Great staff that seemed to enjoy their jobs which is unheard of anymore.
Very nice place with great service. Homemade root beer was a hit for kids and adults. The burgers looked awesome. I didn't love my chili cheeseburger and will stick to an old fashioned burger next time. That said, definitely will be a next time.
