My wife and I had dinner here for my birthday. Its was an unforgettable experience. We were treated with impeccable attention and service. Our waiter was very attentive, and knowledgeable. 5 stars would be an understatement for RUTH'S CHRIS.

We were a large party of 8 with a Saturday evening reservation. Despite a full restaurant their attentiveness to our very large party was remarkable. The servers were all very pleasant and interacted well with our group. The bonus was that our food was fantastic. We were all very pleased with our dining selection. Kudos to the staff - they were great!

I was treated like royalty and the manager was extremely hospitable. It was my first time there. I had the lobster and crab cakes. Excellent customer service! Excellent cooking! Even the guy who brought the bread was extremely polite and happy! I will be back! My new favorite place!

Was able to find a table for NYE last minute and for how busy it was it was the service was great. Sadly I wasn't able to get one of the winter dishes available. Over all it was a wonderful time. Will definitely come back.

Always a great experience at Ruth Chris Tulsa. The food a service was top notch and for it being New Years Eve and a packed house the staff don't miss a beat. Overall not every Ruth Chris lives up to the expectation but Tulsa is one that dos every time.

I would like to start this review by stating that I have never left a review before but I feel it is necessary and hope that is seen by the establishment. I visited on 12/19/25 at 4:15pm and had by far the worst experience I have had at an establishment of this caliber. I sat at the bar along with my party of 3 (4 total). Our bread took abnormally long to be served, followed by a period where we couldn't enjoy the bread because we had no plates and only received them by shouting down the bartender. This trend continued through the night as our bartender/server was inattentive even after being starred down and having eye contact multiple times over a span of thirty minutes to ask for new drinks only to be finally delivered food that was way over cooked. I ordered the steak sandwich Medium rare and my party ordered the burgers medium. Only for everyone to receive them well done and dry. We did not feel obligated to report the issues because we did not want to wait another 20 minutes to contact the bartender and wait more time for the food to come out. All of this occurred while our appetizer/bread plates remained in front of us dirty and empty FOR 40 MINUTES AFTER WE WERE DONE WITH THEM! It wasn't until we were done with our entire meal that she collected all of our plates. I am truly disappointed because I have never had an experience like this at Mahogany, Flemings, or any other comparable restaurant. The easily prepared and fried appetizers were the only thing anyone enjoyed during our service. I wish I could tell you the restaurant was packed but there was only 4 parties in the entire place while we were there. I hope the service improves before our next visit. If I have another experience like this then I will not return.
