My wife and I went here for our 25th anniversary. This is the fourth anniversary we have spent at this restaurant. The staff all knew from the reservation it was a very special occasion. Upon seating we were greeted by the executive chef who said he was on the floor this evening to make sure everything was up to their standards. We placed our order, which included a salad, steak entree, and a dessert. We were served bread, which we ate, and were asked if we would like some more. We said yes, and were essentially forgotten for over 10 minutes. After a decent amount of time, our steaks arrived, but we had never been served our salads. When the waiter realized, he wanted to take our steaks back, then serve us our salads. We declined this, asking if he could just make it right on the bill. Everyone was full of apologies, and they did make it right on our bill, which was commendable. However, you only get one 25th anniversary celebration with your wife, and this kind of rained on that a little bit. It just seemed as though they weren't attentive to us. I will say this was our first sub-par experience at this place, but it was an unfortunate occasion for it to happen on, and we will search out other places for our special occasions most likely going forward.

The food was great along with the service. I don't recall her name, but the female bartender was very attentive and makes a great expresso martini!

Our table was not ready when we arrived. Seems like others were getting seated before us and we were only a party of 4. Tables were seated close together. The party behind us was loud and we were there trying to conduct business. The waiter could not get between our table and the other table because we were so close. Food and service was excellent.

Our food was not as hot as expected from past visits. The service was just ok. The server forgot our desserts twice. We had to keep reminding him. This was a little disappointing as we took another couple with us that had never been there.

The atmosphere is absolutely amazing such a vibe from the moment you walk in! The service was super nice and attentive at times, and the food? Absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor. From start to finish, everything about this place was just perfect. Highly recommend if you're looking for a great experience all around!

Came to tulsa ruth chris for my birthday dinner and had the pleasure of having justing as our server. Service was OUTSTANDING he made great suggestions had great knowledge of the menu and over all made out first experience 5 stars. We will be back soon! Hoping to have justin as our server again.

We had reservations on a Monday, but waited 30 minutes to be seated. Once at our table, it took another 20 minutes before anyone came by—even though the restaurant wasn’t busy.
Because of the slow service, we ordered food and drinks at the same time. Three of us received our drinks, the server came back later to say they were out of the wine my friend ordered.
Fortunately, the food was excellent—our steaks, salmon, and burger were all delicious. However, after we finished eating, our plates were never cleared, even after we had paid the check. I asked the server if he was new or was at the previous location. He said he had been with RC for 14 years….
Overall, the food was great, but the service didn’t meet the level we expect from Ruth’s Chris.
