Two top, date night, reservations and dressed up. Sat in a comfortable section, not busy. Friday evening, less than a quarter full. Ten minutes to get greeted and another ten for drinks, food was long in coming and filet was blue, then overdone after fixing. Salmon was in the middle of the road, not bad or good. Sides were exceptional, especially the mushrooms. We would go to another ruths chris but not one attached to a casino, very disappointing crowd and atmo.

After some doctoring by adding salt and pepper or searing on the 500 degree plate food was good. The highlight of the meal was surprisingly the very beautiful and tasty drinks. I tried the blackberry sidecar and blueberry mojito.

The food and service was excellent. My steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor and tenderness was amazing.
I've never cared for Ruth Chris steaks. They are way over priced, seldom cooked as requested, and a very poor value for the amount you get. When I go, I will only eat the salmon. Its is great tasting, but still over priced. I will never pay my own money to eat there, and even when on a business paid meal I will not eat a free steak. There are far better options to get a great steak at a fair price.
