Very disappointed in the service. We hosted a birthday party and once food was delivered, we never saw servers again. No water refills, no options for anything extra, nothing. Then we were forced to pay a 20% gratuity on each ticket because of being a large group when the service was below par. I was only given ONE glass of water. I voiced my complaint but was told with large parties the assistant usually helps and they automatically charge gratuity. Maybe you need a new assistant?...read full review
