My husband and I stumbled across this delightful little restaurant while running errands in Tulsa. We were getting hangry and losing hope of finding a healthy option that would be quick enough to keep groceries in the vehicle. We gave Saffron a try and it did not disappoint! The tzaziki was amazing. We tried the kabobs and they were tender and flavorful. Their salad was fresh and crisp with a light dressing that paired everything perfectly. We will definitely be back to try out other items on the menu.

Over priced, bland food, low quality ingredients. The hummus is runny and too salty, the pita is dry and tasteless, fries came cold, undercooked, and soggy. Even the onions and lettuce on my wrap were poor quality and should have been thrown in the trash, not put into someone's meal. Don't waste your time or money unless you like to spend frivolously and eat garbage.

I’ve enjoyed Saffron in Tulsa before and know they have some really good dishes, which is why I’m giving them three stars instead of less. Unfortunately, my recent visit was disappointing.
- The chicken soup tasted more like instant ramen than a Mediterranean dish. The noodles reminded me of Top Ramen, and the flavor didn’t match the authentic profile I was expecting. - The Mediterranean salad was also underwhelming. The dressing was extremely sour, which overpowered the rest of the ingredients. The only highlight was the fresh fruit included in the salad, which added a nice touch.
I know Saffron is capable of better — I’ve had good meals here before — but this particular experience fell short. Hopefully, the kitchen can refine these recipes so they better reflect the Mediterranean flavors the restaurant is known for.

Passing through town and so glad we stopped for lunch! The koobideh and ghormeh sabzi were excellent! Made me feel like I was at home with my family with the Persian classics we were raised on. Thank you for a delicious meal!

I always drive by this place and finally stopped in, ordered two cabbage rolls to go and they only had one left after the lunch rush, so they substituted the second cabbage roll with gyro meat (which seemed like a free upgrade and it was) and it was honestly the BEST Mediterranean food I’ve ever eaten. The cabbage rolls were very seasoned and not greasy at all which is usually not the case at other Mediterranean restaurants. Staff seemed like they were all family, which means next time I go back I will be dining in to be able to get the full experience. Good job guys!
