Successfully unique food. Unique and amazing are rare qualities found in the same dish in the food world as I've experienced. They're 5 stars are well earned I imagine.
The sauce. I recommend getting the sauce on the side as it was probably the best dipping sauce I've ever had. Black berry & Serrano oil.
The chicken. The batter itself is like a hush puppy with a Michelin star quality upgrade lol. The chicken is perfect and fresh.

Just had the Brussels sprout Caesar salad with chicken tenders and it was heavenly! Just flat delicious!!
I’ve been going here since they were popped up in Kitchen 66 at MRM. My favorite stop at Motherroad Market. Now they have a permanent spot! Without my asking, they made a change to their menu because of an allergy I have! So thankful. Incredible people who care about their customers and make exceptional and unique dishes. The fried brussel sprouts have the most unbelievable flavor. They have that recipe completely figured out. It will never be topped.
