Slow as molasses, my husband got here at 1:30pm to be unloaded told he had to wait for his appointment at 3pm. Gets told by the guy in charge they'll unload him. Here it is almost 5pm and still not unloaded yet. Still sitting in the dock door. Drivers whatever you do, don't come here for live unload they'll keep you for hour's not caring about your time or your appointment. They knew my husband's appointment was at 3pm. The first excuse the fed him was they had to make room for stuff in the back warehouse, then they get a load of stuff from a Walmart truck, get unloaded, not only that now they are working on trailers that are in the doors and not my husband he's been here since 1:30pm. Came early to see if he can get unloaded early, he's still not unloaded either. They aren't even working on him haven't even begun working on unloading his trailer. Stay away from this Sam's club if you can help it. Do not come here expecting your appointment time to unloaded either they'll feed you excuses, because they are just simply lazy, inconsiderate and rude beyond belief. Bring plenty of money or food and drinks with you unless your a Sam's club member and can go get food to make while you sit here at Sam's club waiting to be live unloaded.if I can also give no stars or half a star I would because this place don't deserve a full one star.
We were checking out around 950am when a woman employee came up and scolded us soundly for being in there before 10am. Don't they check this at the door, we had no idea there was a different opening time for us peasants! She then pressured us to join a different tier which we declined, then warned us to not do it again! I would like to advise her that the $$ will go a long way to joining Costco!
Some people are let in before 10. Others have to stand in the cold and wait. Membership doesn't matter since we have the top membership. I guess it's all in who you know.

I bought a pork loin from Sam's to roast for Christmas. I just opened it tonight to season it and marinate it and it was bad. I'm never buying pork from sams again or any other meat. Completely ruined my Christmas dinner plans.
The tire and battery department at Tulsa Hills Sam’s Club is the best. I had special ordered a tire over the phone with the call center that never arrived. It had been sent to another store by mistake. Jason the department manager tracked it down and let us know he finally got it. He worked us in that day and it was fixed. I won’t go anywhere else for tires.
Tried to get some information from your meat department and never would answer the phone and then call customer service and they were inoperative with transferring me to meat department hung up on me a couple times and then never would answer the phone.
You provide a service to the public and apparently to dam lazy to do your job to provide a simple service. I sure glad I don't shop at that location.
Your employees need to be more educated on subjects before making awful ignorant assumptions about someones character. According to them it's against their beliefs to have Narcan & have this radial ideology that it's a narcotic, one that requires a script to posses, administrator or injest. It's pretty baffling considering they run a pharmacy.
Love shopping here, just wish there were more handicapped carts available that were charged. Twice now I got stuck with one that died in the middle of the store 😢

I love Sam's! I wish they had more keto-friendly organic things, but overall they are great! The scan-and-go feature makes it so simple to scan while you are shopping then leave, no stopping to check out!
While shopping I logged into my sams app to use scan and go. I got a message I needed to activate my new digital card. When I clicked activate it pulled my information but I needed to change my email. I tried to click change email but it said outside of going to member services I had to call. 32 minutes on the phone to change my email. The checkout line is able to change your email “50%” of the time. This is archaic and desperately needs an update Sams!! A text message would work

I love Sam's. Way more laid back than Costco. Can always talk kids into cheap date here!
