Visiting this location is always a nightmare. Surprisingly, while being fully staffed with 5 people, there was missing items on the menu, filthy kitchen conditions, no cutlery or condiments at the outside station, no carbonation for the large soda line, everytable was filty, and incredibly rude staff. I worked cafe here before(Many years ago) and the level of expectation that my crew and myself was held at was much higher then.
Very disappointed in seeing just straight up filth and hatefulness.

Buying my paper goods and cleaning supplies in bulk. But it really aggravates me when I go to buy something they’ve always carried then only to find out they no longer carry it! Such as, 100% angus beef precooked hamburger Pattie’s. Today they were all uncooked and an employee told me they wouldn’t get in anymore precooked. Precooked are really convenient for a handicap person!!
NEVER EVER getting gas or shopping at this Sam's Club ever again. Just now, I had TWO guy in pumps next to me had their vehicles RUNNING and when I asked politely for them to shut them off, because I had my ONE MONTH OLD CHILD with me, I had profanities screamed in my face. Not only is it ILLEGAL for your vehicle to be running, but also incredibly dangerous. I then asked the attended to ask them to shut them off and stated that I was uncomfortable, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said “there’s nothing he could do” really?! So THEN I called the club, waited on hold for over 10mins, called on another phone and finally got someone in management and he was so nonchalant about the situation. You could tell by the tone of his voice that he couldn’t care less about my uncomfortableness. He said all the attendant can do is suggest they turn off their cars. So then I asked what if one of them decided to light up a cigarette while pumping gas, and was told the exact same thing. He can only suggest they put the cigarette out. I stated that I would never be getting gas there again, and he literally said “oh well” to my face. Didn’t care that he lost business, doesn’t care that he’s constantly putting dozens of lives in danger. NEVER AGAIN.
My daughter was just at the store for over 45 minutes trying to get her New Sams club card. It was purchased as a promotion for 19.99, to also receive a $10 gift card, free rotisserie chicken and 8 pack of cupcakes. The person Crystal/Christine told her it was invalid and she, my daughter needed to call tech support. The person was very un professional and ended up doing the membership manually and told her because it was done manually, none of the offers will be valid. I just happen to be on the phone when my daughter was there listening to the person. I would like a call at 918-688-2650. I had the same issue a year ago.
Love Sam’s Club, but I recommend putting a “Diesel” sign on the first lane to speed up the gas filling process!
THE LADY CHECKING YOUR RECEIPT AT THE DOOR IS NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!! WOULDN'T EVEN LOOK OR TALK TO US!!! GET A DIFFERENT JOB IF YOU DON'T LIKE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC!!! PATHETIC!!!

I have a suggestion to consider. How about making the diesel pumps diesel only instead of both. Very frustrating when the other pumps are available for regular gas and someone pulls in at the diesel pumps to get regular gas and we have to wait FOREVER for our turn!
