Today was an enjoyable experience. Due to the holidays ringing in, we absolutely found the things we needed in stock with no problems. The Sam's sales and stock staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Sam's was extremely busy, but we made it through without any issues... which is somewhat rare at times. We are a couple of weeks away from Thanksgiving. I wish everyone a happy and safe shopping ' for the holidays... don't stress.

I was pretty upset and we had just joined Sam's club after hearing wonderful reviews about it. When we first walked in for the first time it was huge! And there was no greeters which is odd, you'd think someone would be standing at the front door. We shopped just fine and the employees helped us but looked irritated that we asked for help. What really pissed me off is the fact of when we left. The lady was really rude. She wanted to see our receipt which was fine and to mark it. The fact that she just looked pissed off and didn't ask if we found everything okay was rude. I even tried to ask her a question and she ignored me. I then said have a good day and she didn't say anything either. Makes me wonder if she was having a bad morning or it looked like she was just like that because of her actions towards the people behind us. I mean we will go back because it's close, but if she's rude next time - I will confront her about it.

Called multiple times to member services and no one answered when I had placed an order for pick up and it says it will be ready by 3pm-4pm. I did not receive any confirmation that it is ready so I called and no answer. I decided to call in bakery and have me transfer Carene the lead in Bakery department transferred me over to member services and still no answer called her back again and explained the situation and I was glad that she helped me out and decided to take care of my issue. I don't know what's going on with their app if it's causing an issue or the pick up department that is having an issue. This is why I give this sams club a 3star. The only reason why I gave this place a good review 3 star because of Carene the lead bakery. I'm writing this review for Miranda Ipac since my sister in law does not have an account on yelp.

I placed a delivery order last week to be delivered. The main need for the order placed was a case of Marathon toilet paper and that was missing when the order was delivered. I paid the extra fee for delivery because I'm 1.5 hour away from where it was needing to be delivered to. I have placed 9-10 calls between the 800 number, the local club, Spark, etc. The delivery driver was also immediately told it was missing. I'm needing a refund for the toilet paper AND the delivery fee to rearrange delivery of the item that I've already paid to be delivered. I've spent way too much time on this already and am very frustrated. Order #9892103751.

Pros: It's not the the closest location to my home, but it's on the way to work. Cheap gas. Cons: -I do the online ordering and they bring it out to the car, which is super convenient. But it also costs me $4 eat time.-Once they gave me a floral bouquet discount. Great! But then it infested my house plants with these tiny bugs. No great. -Hate the gas lines. People are supposed to drive in one direction. But the gas station attendants at this location let the people drive in whatever direction they want. This never happens at Costco (at which I am also a member).-I once waited over 2 weeks for them to order a tire for me and it never came. The female employee, Elise, was so rude and had horrible customer service. She was grumpy. And when I had her inflate my tires, she deflated them all to weird uneven numbers. Tire manager was much nicer.-Returns take forever to complete. They move so slowly.

THE GOOD: This is mostly for the return/membership desk. Went in to take advantage of the 50% off membership from "Valpak". The employee Sam, went WAY BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY" to help us. Typically, their computers were not working correctly & repeated attempts failed. He finally got a manager to override the system. He was the most pleasant & outgoing employee we've ever encountered at Sam's. OUTSTANDING! Rotisserie chicken here is still outstanding - especially compared to the bloody, broken bone crap they sell at Costco. THE BAD: No one from Sam's corporate has had the brains to put long hoses on the gas pumps like Costco has done. Forget getting anything at the restaurant at lunch. They allow non-members from one of the biggest high schools in the state priority over dues paying members. Typical of Sam's. Money outweighs loyalty to their members.

So I switched back to Sams bc I Walmart doesn't have any cashiers and I DO NOT WORK THERE. Well low and behold even though you PAY for a membership they are turning into self check out too! Totally disappointed, what do we pay for a membership for real then?? The prices aren't that much dif and now I Have to check out my own s*** I'm buying... let alone bring my own bags. Wow y'all are pocketing A LOT OF MONEY!

While the store itself is okay. Don’t come here for lunch Monday-Friday. This store allows the high school kids (next door) to come in and they take over the 6 tables. We have complained to management that paying members are inconvenienced and that this needs be stopped or create an area for the high schools kids to sit. This just falls on deaf ears. Sad to watch many senior citizens stand around waiting for the teens to leave so they can sit and enjoy their lunch.

Bought a rack of ribs (exp 5/29) and milk (exp 5/26). Milk was sour and ribs smelled like rotten eggs. Exchanged ribs and milk within an hour of the purchase. The new milk was fine, but ribs still smelled like rotten eggs. Disappointing.

I ordered 60 cupcakes to be picked up at 8:30am. When I arrive I was told I can't checkout until 10am but I can pay $44 to upgrade to a sams+ account. I didn't want to upgrade because the account belonged to a family member but they insisted I couldn't check out before 10. I had already had a rough morning driving in from Wagoner, getting to school and both kids forgot their backpacks, and I ran over a curb. I was late for my kids last day of school party before transferring
