Wow, if this is a local business and you treat your locals like this why would we want to even want to support you? The fact that you compared yourself to McDonalds makes me not want to step foot in your establishment and this is a bummer because I was just checking you out today. Guess I’ll keep going to 918 Maples on Trenton. Jose the owner is so nice and actually cares about his customers unlike what I see here.

We ordered online and did not receive part of our order. We called to let them know and were surprised by the disrespect and aggressive customer service. The initial call taker handed the phone off and said “do you want to deal with this” and then the owner said it wasn’t their fault it was door dash though we ordered directly from their website (not door dash) the packaging was unopened and did not appear tampered with. The owner who handled the call was quite irate and aggressive over the ordeal when we only wanted to either come get the burrito or be refunded for the cost of the burrito.

We ordered 2 buritos and 3 crunch wraps. Guacamole and chips & a shareable chips and salsa. We got the food and was missing a burrito. A man answered the phone and listened to the issue and put the phone down and asked the owner if he wanted to take care of the phone. Owner takes the call and blamed our delivery driver for stealing one burito. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. The chip bag was half full and everything was bland. Our whole staff was upset with the bland food and also were shocked at the owners customer service as he was on speaker! Wont support this business again.

It's a great place if you're downtown. The employee was nice and kept the location clean. It was good. Recommend to try it yourself before you judge it.

Food was alright. Good to support local, but chipotle is better for the same price and more options.

I have been stuck on their vegan breakfast burrito with vegan chorizo, and it has hash browns in it! The flavor is great, and good customer service!

The vegan french dip is AMAZING! Soft, flaky bread with house made vegan roast beef, provolone, and aioli. The au jus had a nice umami flavor. I need to try more of their vegan sandwiches, but I’ll definitely get this one again.

I had the Hooligan's Hero and loved it. The people inside are friendly too and it is very clean :) Love having a veg focused deli in town! My only complaint is the price point.

Came for my first visit after a friend's recommendation. The space was bright, open, with plenty of seating. Was greeted upon entering and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Had a vegan Bahn mi which was excellent! Several vegan options, healthy drinks, and sweets for dessert! Will definitely be back!

I got the vegan Havana club. It was really good. Not much else to say. I would like to go back and try another one of their vegan sandos.
