Terrible! I’m a Chicago native who was stock in Tulsa for July-August. I wanted good pizza and thought I would give it a try. NOT Chicago style; maybe in Chicago style in name only. Terrible service to boot.

Extremely slow service stood waiting for 7 minutes when there were only 2 tables with people then after ordering it took 45 minutes to be served and the pizza was just warn so I assume it had been waiting on the counter just not served I will not recommend this pizza place to anyone And staff acted like they didn't care

Very disappointed. Having been to and enjoyed Savastano's multiple times not so this time. Drove from OKC just for this pizza. We know it takes a while to get your order. When it did right away it was not right. Just out of oven should be HOT. Runny, stringy cheese. No. First bite was just warm. Wife's had a cool spot actually. Finally got server to get reheated. She said it had just come out oven, but they use a dumb waiter to serve second floor so how would she know for sure. Well, pizza came back and not much better. Not driving for this anymore. Like they were understaffed. Two girls working floor seating people, taking orders and serving. Can't speak for downstairs. Manager gave us 20% discount but not worth the hassle anymore. Sadly off our list.

Savastano’s deep dish pizza is by far the best pizza you will get in the entire state of Oklahoma. A small deep dish easily feeds 2 people with leftovers. Their Italian sausage is flat out disgusting though so DO NOT order that. Small Meat Packer sub Italian Sausage for extra crushed meatball is our go to. Keep in mind and I believe it also states on the menu that the wait time for a deep dish is 45 minutes. Love the Tater Kegs. House made ranch is very good. Tried to sit at the bar area once and got zero service so we left. This place has lots of stairs… it’s 3 levels. There is a zig zag ramp to the second main level if needed.

Best Chicago style deep dish ever!!! Staff is extraordinary. We have had many parties on the top floor and it is divine. Last server named Jermani was THE BEST SERVER EVER! Singlehandedly took care of 50 plus with the greatest care and ease. Can say enough good about this place, server or food!
