They got some pretty fancy sandwiches. I got a cinnamon roll and it was ok. Nothing exciting or great. I will go to the mall for the fresh ones.

The woman in the drive thru was rude, they didn't give me my chips, they gave me a completely different sandwich than I ordered and my kids pizzas were cold. Not going back.

The #7 fiesta chicken only came with two slices of deli chicken & the chicken tortilla soup looks like chili or something from a progreso can of soup. Plus you put tortilla chips in chicken tortilla soup not crackers & For $17 I could have bought the ingredients to make this at home for the same amount & fed myself for a few days with better tasting results & more meat! Two slices of deli cut meat is an insult. I’m disappointed in my self I didn’t go to church’s chicken or IHOP across the street & could have ate better than this for the same amount of money or less! Will not be visiting this or any schlotskys for this reason. Raise your standards & values & you will succeed! For example For $4-7 more go to olive garden & enjoy better food & better value!

We went in on a random Saturday, and they were extremely busy, BUT it was totally worth the wait, and the 4 people working the whole restaurant were awesome. The food was delicious. I got the Smoked Turkey and Avocado sandwich and the Potato Soup. It was delicious, and I recommend the Oatmeal Raisin Cookies.
The food was quick, hot & fresh! The service was excellent and the dining room was sparkling clean!
