The French dip is my favorite sandwich there and it was pretty good, as usual. I really like the pizzas that they have also. Pro tip: get the cheese pizza with garlic butter instead of marinara sauce, it's some of the best garlic cheese bread you can get!!!

Can’t get through to this pain in the ass restaurant because no one would answer the phone. They screwed up my order and their automated system, like most chains, is worthless, inefficient and ineffective. Lost these customers forever. Now these extremely lazy employees find it too difficult to answer. Must be hipster service? Worthless. Okay update. I got a refund from the manager but it was like pulling teeth. Next time I’ll just bring the sandwich up there and slam it on the counter! Thanks by the way for letting my dinner get cold while I had to play your stupid games! This place is WORTHLESS!

I door dashed soup cause I was sick. I door dashed it 15 minutes before they close and they decided not to make it. Now I have to make my own soup while I’m sick.

I just went thru this drive thru and ordered. When pulling to the window to pay, realized I didn’t have my wallet on me. Seth, at the window insisted that he would pay for my lunch. Wow, that never happens! I did not take him up on his offer, but wow!
Every table was dirty when we went to sit down and the employee taking the order seemed confused on orders itself but they could have just been new but didnt seem very friendly. Ive been to a few different schlotzskys in ok and mo and this one ranks the worst due to cleanliness and service but the food was okay at least and their drink station was stocked
Update: the individual who claims to be the 'owner' and it is a customer service ph #. When I called over, the representative I spoke to said the alert # referenced was assigned to a supervisor and they would place me on a breif 2 min hold. After being on hold over 3 minutes with a check in, finally a supervisor (Natasha) awnsered. Twice, I asked for a brief moment in return for the supervisor to hold and after 45 seconds they told me they were going to hang up the call. I took them off hold at this time and returned the information I was relayed by a previous representative and informed them that I would be updating this review to relay the experience I had upon following the companies request. It is clear they do not have an interest in resolving this matter as they are not patient, polite, nor professional. This location has officially lost my service here, will not be coming back. Do not go here.
