I don't have time to travel to a big enough city that has a Schlotzsky's very often, so being able to go in and dine was a treat. The staff was friendly, and not overly talkative so no time was being wasted. This store was busy, super clean, and fast. My food was fresh, plenty of it, dang so so good! I was able to order our evening meal too, and it was packaged perfectly for my travel.

I usually stop at Panera bread on Sundays for soup & sandwich. Since they discontinued their potato soup, I decided to give Schlotzskys a try. The flies on the window was the first sign that I ignored. Second. Make sure the potato soup is hot, not just warm. Monday morning while on a hiking trail I experienced explosive diarrhea. A humiliating experience I will never forget.

This is my first time ever coming Schlotzsky because it not located where I am originally from. Anyway, for months I had a hard time finding “Cinnamon’s”because I think it a west coast chain company…. Well, I was not greeted, I wanted a cinnamon and paid. The lady gave me one that already in the box….. I already saw the cinnamon bun that I wanted in the display and she told me that is for display only. I have to take the one in the box. Now, if the box’s one are all gone of course they will have to cut and give out the display one…. I don’t understand what the difference??? On, top of that the one in the box look like it DAYS old like it been sitting there for more than a Day or maybe two days. This company is misrepresent the main company cinnamon buns because they let you pick out, See & it’s fresh….. this is horrible get y'all shit in order…..

I didn't feel well and just ate soup. My soup was good; it was tomato basil. My friends all enjoyed their meals, especially Alex's salad.

The French dip is my favorite sandwich there and it was pretty good, as usual. I really like the pizzas that they have also. Pro tip: get the cheese pizza with garlic butter instead of marinara sauce, it's some of the best garlic cheese bread you can get!!!

Can’t get through to this pain in the ass restaurant because no one would answer the phone. They screwed up my order and their automated system, like most chains, is worthless, inefficient and ineffective. Lost these customers forever. Now these extremely lazy employees find it too difficult to answer. Must be hipster service? Worthless. Okay update. I got a refund from the manager but it was like pulling teeth. Next time I’ll just bring the sandwich up there and slam it on the counter! Thanks by the way for letting my dinner get cold while I had to play your stupid games! This place is WORTHLESS!

BeefBaconSmokeCheesy sandwich was disappointing...roast beef full of gristle. Pickle spear with sandwich had tough outside and no pickle taste. Person who waited on me in drive-thru was fine.

I door dashed soup cause I was sick. I door dashed it 15 minutes before they close and they decided not to make it. Now I have to make my own soup while I’m sick.
