I went through the drive thru on 12/17/2025 about 5:30 pm all I wanted was a ham sandwich the voice that came through the speaker belongs to a sweet soul named Jazells she helped me find my ham sandwich and get food ordered for the rest of my family. She was very sweet and patient her kindness was much appreciated after a long day at work. She is amazing and I hope her bosses know just how amazing she is.

Update: My husband and myself get the giant sandwich couple times a week here and its been great experience but tonight was the worst experience the black lady at the drive thru window kept acting like she didn't know what we were saying and saying everything in a rude condescending way and we went to the window because she didn't make any sense she tried to give us a medium sandwich instead of the 20 dollar one and the tinest cookie every I got the chocolate chunk cookie and she also said you didn't say the big one and looked around and snuffed at us and then said I couldn't have croutons with my soup and only gave 1 cracker and to top it off she gave us carbonated water pop not Dr pepper. This whole experience makes me not want to go here anymore....(old postThis was 6 days ago) We go here Everytime we go to Tulsa we get the huge sandwich and a chocolate chunk cookie đŸȘ and bring it home for later or the next day chefs kiss 😘we go to the drive thru.

My order was totally wrong due to a delivery service mishap. I planned to take the Sandwich back but unfortunately my wife threw it away before I could thinking it was trash. So here I am no sandwich and because of the deliver Service no receipt. I was craving the sandwich so, I stopped by again. This time, I went in to ensure my sandwich was right and that there were no problems. I was met by Lulu and Joy; they were so pleasant and accommodating from the start. I mentioned what happened to them as I was wondering if the things change or something was different with their process for the sandwich I ordered. They immediately apologized and replace my sandwich free of charge. They were so kind and they went out of the way to prove that customer service and basic human decency still exist. Thanks Lulu and Joy you will be seeing a lot more of me!

I was late picking up my mobile order. And a lady name joy sarcastically tells me my order has been sitting on the counter for almost three hours, and asked me if I knew I was suppose to pick it up at a certain time. I can’t believe a restaurant would serve someone food that has been sitting out for three hours. It would have been gracious for them to remake the sandwich like any other establishment.

Schlotzsky's adds a fee for using their app. Last time I'll use the app here. Granted, it's not much. It's the principal of it. If you are going to have an app to make it easier for your employees..... don't charge the customer.

In essence, Schlotzsky's 's is charging their customers to do their employees work.

Absolutely horrible experience at this location.

I’ve attached photos, including a previous 2-star review from two years ago. Unfortunately, my visit today deserves only 1 star.

I came in with my son after receiving a BOGO email offer this morning (see attached). We arrived at 10:45 AM and were immediately told the offer was only valid on Wednesdays. I showed the email clearly showing no such restriction—then I was told it’s only valid after 5 PM. Again, I pointed out the lack of time limitations in the email. Next excuse: I needed to log into the app.

I tried to do so on the spot. The app wouldn’t let me log in. I used “Forgot Password” three separate times while standing in front of the employee—no reset email ever arrived after waiting 8+ minutes. I asked the manager if there was any way to override the issue, given I had the promo email in hand. Flat “no.”

The email didn’t say “must use app”—it said “must use reward.” I had the reward email. It should’ve been honored.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of common sense or customer service. I wasn’t here to cause problems—I responded to your promotion. It worked. I chose your business today.Insteadd, I was given three conflicting reasons why I wouldn’t get what you advertised.

That’s not how you treat customers.
