I’ll start off with I love scooters. I’ve been coming to this location for around 5 years and have always loved this location. The old manager Lillian created a great guest experience and genuine connection.
I came around 8am Wednesday Oct. 8th, There was only one person working. She was extremely nice but you could tell she was extremely overwhelmed. She did her best to create a good atmosphere, great drinks, in a timely matter for the situation she was in.
However as a guest it was frustrating having to wait 10 minutes to order. I am in no way mad at her nor am I unsatisfied but I am frustrated with this situation.
The girl working did amazing and I don’t want her to be in trouble, but as someone who works in the food industry management should be aware of the situation that happened so they attempt to prevent it.

An employee named Cheyenne was very rude and thw manager or shift lead i cant remember her name gave me a drink that had a roach in it when I pulled back around and told them I was told its not there problem they cant remake it that's coming from the boss I didnt buy it 1 sec and promptly left my drink in there parking lot for them to clean up there mess

I have seen employees bring there children in the store that's not sanitary and I've also seen employees smoking right by the building with the door open it's disgusting I bet they have roaches
This is literally probably the sixth time that I have gone to this location and at least an hour before close and either nobody will take orders. Say hide in the back or they tell me oh our blenders are already taken apart through the day with an hour left, this has happened Multiple times.
