Normally I love scooters coffee. I go a few times a week sometimes. I've never been to this scooters before but when I finally got my coffee after waiting 15 minutes (I was the only car there too) I left excited to drink my blended coffee. It hardly had any flavor and was the most bland coffee drink I've ever had. I was disappointed and did not have time to go back as I was already running behind cause it took so long to get the coffee drink. Scooters ismy favorite coffee place and I will return again just maybe not to this location.

Our favorite place to get coffee and smoothies, usually, the location at 71st and Lewis has to have the worst smoothie I've had at any location,better off going to QuikTrip,tastes the same,big disappointment

I got iced coffee here like a week ago and found a dead insect inside the ice. I don’t think the people who work here clean their ice machines. I contacted customer service and submitted a review on the website. Never heard back from the leadership team. I used to come to this location often but I don’t plan to return again.

We stopped in at 6pm, 1 hour before they close. As we pulled up, the 1 employee was walking out the side door, saw us and went back in. He asked for our order, we asked for 1 medium coffee. He responded that he just dumped all their coffee for the night. What?? It's a coffee drive through store... So we left. Ridiculous.

I normally go to the Dunkin across the road but my coffee is always meh. Wanted to try scooters again and I’m glad I did! Definitely my preferred spot from now. I don’t mind at all paying more because the coffee is always so good, service is always amazing and this spicy sausage burrito is amazing.

!!Buyer beware!!This location apparently can't issue refunds even if they can't fulfill you order after they charge your card. Details as follows:I ordered a coffee, cinnamon roll, and double chocolate muffin. I went up to the window, and my card was charged.However, when it came to fulfill my order I was only given the coffee and cinnamon roll but was told they didn't have the muffin.Since my card had already been charged, I requested a refund for the unfulfilled order. I was then told that the employees on hand could not issue refund as that was something a manager had to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told she was not in store and had to be called. One of the employees said she would call the manager, and the same employee came back a few minutes later reintegrating that a refund could not be issued and that I was to reach out to corporate to request a refund.With a toddler in the backseat, and a wife needing her coffee, this just wasn't a battle worth continuing to fight, so I drove away feeling scammed.Been to this location multiple times, and the "usual" staff has always been super helpful and quick to correct errors, but this afternoon's staff just didn't seem to care.Needless to say, you've lost this loyal customer, and ill be considering other places to find coffee.
