!!Buyer beware!!This location apparently can't issue refunds even if they can't fulfill you order after they charge your card. Details as follows:I ordered a coffee, cinnamon roll, and double chocolate muffin. I went up to the window, and my card was charged.However, when it came to fulfill my order I was only given the coffee and cinnamon roll but was told they didn't have the muffin.Since my card had already been charged, I requested a refund for the unfulfilled order. I was then told that the employees on hand could not issue refund as that was something a manager had to do. I asked to speak to a manager but was told she was not in store and had to be called. One of the employees said she would call the manager, and the same employee came back a few minutes later reintegrating that a refund could not be issued and that I was to reach out to corporate to request a refund.With a toddler in the backseat, and a wife needing her coffee, this just wasn't a battle worth continuing to fight, so I drove away feeling scammed.Been to this location multiple times, and the "usual" staff has always been super helpful and quick to correct errors, but this afternoon's staff just didn't seem to care.Needless to say, you've lost this loyal customer, and ill be considering other places to find coffee.

It’s good coffee but I hate that there’s nowhere to go in and sit down. Unfortunately, we had to go over to Dunkin’ Donuts because we had family in town.
They sell macha but don't ask for a blended Macha!! I repeated myself and they still don't know what to do. Despicable!!

Sam does amazing on my drinks , and very nice and kind ! I only go there when Sam is there so she can always make sure my drink is how I like it. But the manager on the other hand she is rude and disrespectful.
Purchased 6.00 sm blended coffee. Whipped cream and caramel drizzle tasted better then my drink. Which tasted like blended ice with just a drizzle of coffee and caramel favoring.. This is the second time this has happened. And will be my last visit.

The employees here know how to treat customers unlike those at Dunkin Donuts across the street. They are always so happy and smiling. I love the little message written on the cups too. Keep up the good work. Drinks are amazing. And the cake pops are wonderful.

I'd give five stars but, for some reason or another your never open and ready at 6am like posted. It's either someone just getting there or the coffee isn't brewed yet. All kinds of stuff. So if it's 625 am and your coffee isn't ready multiple times there is an issue.wasting peoples time, get some one responsible or ill buy Dunkin everyday instead
