Been going to this location for quite a while they're usually pretty good but today we ordered a large caramelicious and a large peanut butter crunch and the large peanut butter crunch is supposed to have chocolate syrup on it we have a new person working so I'm sorry they didn't even offer to remake it we won't be coming back to this store

My mom and I always get coffee from scooters sometimes, we love their drink. They are tasty and amazing. One problem, we went there at 6:50pm today 11/29 to try get order but nobody answered us. We drove through the window drive thru, my mom told me she saw someone is hiding from us. Not cool. We just want order from coffee. So we left, but you need teach your employees can’t be hiding from customers who want orders.

I've had nothing but good experiences up until about a month ago. I'm giving two stars because In the last month all 2 or 3 times I've had coffee there it just does not taste good. I'm not sure if something hasn't been cleaned or what but I would encourage someone who knows how they should be to come try one so they can fix whatever is wrong with it.Now I want to say that the staff is super friendly and have nothing bad to say about them. I'm only writing this because I want someone to fix it
