Ordered a small brewed coffee with whole milk, they told me it would be a 6 minute wait (nobody in front of me). Eventually they asked me to pull around and park the in the parking lot where I waited 10 minutes.. for a plain black coffee with a splash of whole milk. I ended up leaving because it never came out.
