This is the 3rd time I have received a water down luke warm iced americano. I just hope this store can get the training they need so my favorite brand can be successful. There is a long way to go if they can't execute a simple classic iced americano. Scooters team please help this location.

My new favorite drink bar. Ive come to this location four times now and each time, the staff is incredibly helpful and super polite. That with the fact that my drink order has always been right is what makes it a five star experience. I will add that most of the drinks are very sweet. I tend to water them down to save my index. All in all, the flavor is there so it’s on my go-to list.Dietary restrictions: Dairy alternatives are oat and coconutKid-friendliness: They have a kids menu that features smoothies and cookiesWheelchair accessibility: There’s no where to sit inside.

I love Scooters, but this location needs to up their game. I went here on a Saturday. I waited 30 minutes, then they got my order wrong. There were three people working, but only one seemed to actually know what they were doing.
I ordered a large cold brew @11:30ish am and when she handed it to me I thought it was tea it was clearly not what I’m use to IT WAS HORRIBLE AND THE WHERE NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL…..this is my first and LAST time
