A group of four of us dined here on 9/27/25, and the service we received was truly unacceptable.
From the start, the staff seemed completely unprepared. We were told the restaurant had run out of menus, and our party of four adults was forced to share a single menu.
Once we ordered, the basic service was a disaster. We were provided with only two small dishes of banchan for four people. Even worse, the server failed to provide us with small plates, utensils, or napkins. We had to request more banchan, and then specifically ask for the plates and silverware needed to actually eat our food. Having to repeatedly request basic dining essentials is a clear failure of service.
I've dined here many times before and have always had a good experience but it's clear that the level of customer care has seriously declined since my last visit. The staff seemed either overwhelmed or severely undertrained, indicating a failure of management to maintain a decent standard of service.
The food was great but I still left with a bitter taste in my mouth because of the poor service.
Given the many high-quality Korean options available in the Tulsa area these days, I can't recommend this establishment. I will be taking my business to an eatery that values its customers.

Listen, that food was amazing. If you are looking for some legit Korean food, you need to come here. They were super accommodating for our family of five. It’s not super upscale or fancy, but we weren’t looking for fancy, we wanted great Korean cuisine and they absolutely delivered. They will definitely see us again next time we are in town.
I've been going to SB for over a decade now and the food is always delicious. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Though I do miss the sisters that used to run the shop, the new owner is really sweet, attentive, and honestly adorable. Great food, great service!

Highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding service! We had the pork bulgogi and jajangmyeon, and both dishes were good. The service truly exceeded our expectations. The waiters were so attentive and friendly, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding service!
