Highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding service! We had the pork bulgogi and jajangmyeon, and both dishes were good. The service truly exceeded our expectations. The waiters were so attentive and friendly, checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for both great food and outstanding service!

Used to be good, today was horrible. I believe this is their new norm. Cannot make rice. White rice is basically watery starch. The fried rice is sticky and not fully cooked and oozing nasty oil. Stew is watery and flavorless. Guess no more Koreans cooking the food or something.....how do yoi have a Korean restaurant that cannot even get rice correct?
Waste of time and money

Very authentic korean food, good service, absolutely massive portions. I got the Jajjangmyun and my boyfriend got beef bulgogi, we shared tteokbokki and had tons of leftovers.

Had an extremely cold atmosphere, the staff included. Found bugs in the lettuce and spiders were falling from the ceiling. The food was decent but it either lacked flavor or had a strong unappealing after taste.

Seoul Bistro is my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. The staff is courteous, and the food is delicious. I eat here weekly, and it is always the first place I recommend. Every dish I’ve tried has been fantastic!

Not many places you can get solid Korean food in Tulsa. But this is my favorite. It has a laid back environment and food that is priced fairly while also being delicious.

Say a prayer before eating here because you’ll need divine intervention for a good meal. Me and my family of nine came for an authentic Korean meal and we were met with a rude waitress and uninviting atmosphere. Upon arrival the waitress immediately looked annoyed and irritated.

We asked for seating and the 20 yr old female waitress with piercings in an insensitive shirt angrily moved the chairs and just pointed for us to sit as if we were animals. After seated we waited for 10mins for our menus just for the waitress to only provide 7 and said we had to share menus. She took our orders and drinks then proceeded to make a racially insensitive “joke” towards my ethnic heritage cousin. With the joke falling flat she had the audacity to appear offended.

She left and returned with our drinks, mixed up our drink orders even though it was 6 waters and 3 sodas…not that hard. Once our food finally came after a 30 minute wait we were regrettably met four cold soy chickens, one flavorless black bean noodle, two lackluster honey pork, one stir fried octopus disaster and a oily spineless and disgusting stir fried squid.

The stir fry’s were supposed to come with miso soup but she forgot and upon reminding the waitress she denied the soup for a side. I took it upon myself to grab a menu from the stack she lied about having and proved to her that they did in fact come with miso soup. She unapologetically confirmed the soup and brought two bowls of “mystery soup”.

After the stomach churning food and horrid service from a white racist 20yr old female in a culturally insensitive shirt towards step fathers such as my self. We went to pay the bill she then continued to upcharge each meal and by at least 5-10 dollars.

If you value your evening and your stomach do not come here. If you want cold food, chilling atmosphere and racist service this is the spot to go. May god have mercy on your soul if you choose Seoul Bistro.

In a world where hospitality is thrown out the window. . .

My family, a group of 9 (including myself), was looking for a Korean restaurant to dine at, as all of us enjoy this type of cuisine. After thorough research, we discovered Seoul Bistro, and we decided to try it out. Upon our arrival, we told the waitress that there were 9 of us dining. We were met with an annoyed look by the waitress, who was probably in her 20s. There were not enough seats at the 2 tables we had to fit, so the waitress proceeded to grab a chair from another table, aggressively tossed the chair to our table, and walked away. We sat ourselves down and waited about 10 minutes just to get our menus (she was holding them the entire time). Not only that, when she finally gave us our menus, she didn’t have enough. She handed us 7 when there were 9 of us, AND there were more menus behind us. Ridiculous.

For the food, it couldn’t be more disappointing. 4 of us ordered the chicken plates, hoping to enjoy hot, quality chicken. And once we all took the first bites, our hearts dropped. We were met with cold, mediocre chicken. It was disappointing to say the least. On top of this, another catastrophe occurred. 2 of my family members ordered the squid and octopus plates. On the menus, it said that miso soup was included with these 2 menu items. My family members did not receive their miso soup, so one of them asked if the dishes came with it. The waitress told him no, and walked away. Confused, my family member grabbed a menu to check, and it did in fact say the squid and octopus plate came with miso soup. My family member showed the waitress, and she gave no apology, just said “ok” and brought a strange brown liquid that I suppose was “miso soup”. What kind of service is this?

After our meal, we went up to the front to pay for our meals separately. We were all upcharged tremendously! For the service and food we received, we should not have been charged as much as we did. The chicken plate was listed as $14.99, but I was charged $21.46? Explain that, will you.

In conclusion, this experience was terrible, and my family was devastated after leaving the restaurant. How foolish were we to think that we would receive good hospitality and quality, fresh food. No one wants to be met with cold stares and rolling eyes. This was our first experience here, and it was ruined.

Let’s be better, Seoul Bistro.

Give this one a thinker... You are trying to have a splendid time with your family, trying to make the best of your day. You go in and get the soy chicken but it's as cold as ice, absolutely ridiculous! The waitress was quite insolent towards us. Ordering the chicken is the worst thing you could ever think of doing. Room temperature would have felt like a thousand suns after pressing this chicken against your tongue. You can't get me started with the waitress, giving us cold stares any moment she walked past. Tossing the food on the table, lying about menu options and the worst of all, upcharging us for every single item we had. The tables weren't cleaned before hand. This is ridiculous I will never be going back. I want my money back, my 45 minutes of wait time back, and most importantly this experience erased from my mind. Don't recommend 😕😕.

Let me paint you the picture- Long, travelous day, was not able to eat due to business of the day, me and my family traveled 25 minutes from home to eat here. Not only that, but I am coming from ARIZONA, 16 hours away, so this is something I was looking forward to. We were greeted by an emotionless person. No shade towards the waitress, but she did not believe that me and my cousin’s meal had miso soup INCLUDED with our meal. My cousin had to snatch the menu and show the waitress. When I received my food, it was lukewarm, not very hot. There was really no flavor. Also, prices were a sham. Meal was 15.99. I paid $22, how, taxes are NOT THAT MUCH. I am very disappointed, please do better.
