We did a girls night last night on a Wednesday because they said that was the least busy night. They were not that busy so that was good but we were CRAMMED into a booth and they would not let us move to a larger table. The table for 10 sat empty the entire time we were there and when we were leaving there were only 2 people sitting at that table. Peak Saturday night, few patrons, took 40+ minutes for our table to get ALL of our drinks , We told them to take the drinks that weren’t made/on our tables to be taken off and was told they couldn’t as they were being brought out now and LATE.
Hostile staff who refuse to accept when someone has had a bad experience.
