Some simple Simon’s are better than others, this is one of the crappiest ones. We order pizza the same way every time. Twice recently the pizza was made wrong. The manager wasn’t there, it was rush hour, so we called, no results. Next day the manager say “his employees said they made it right so no replacement. So, as far as I’m concerned they can shove their pizza where the sun doesn’t shine.

The workers here are so friendly the atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. The food is always so fresh and hot. I recommend ordering from this location.
The Pizzadilla is a beautiful hybrid of Mexican flavors, Italian staples, and American ingenuity. Imagine the italian calzone with the mexican flair of a quesadilla in a distinctly American wrapper, that's the Pizzadilla. Trying it for the first time was nearly as magical as watching my first child be born. My only regret is not being able to go back and experience it for the first time again.
It's incredibly delicious, surprisingly affordable (Pizzadilla + soda =~$8), and the staff of this particular Simple Simon's establishment is attentive and courteous. Highly recommend this place, and menu item, for your next lunch break.

Just picked up my original calzone and specifically asked for extra alpine sauce, instead I ended up getting zero alpine sauce with my order they gave me a cup of ranch, didn’t even put any alpine sauce on the calzone. Bout the only thing that makes me like the calzone is the extra alpine sauce… hate to make the drive to mannford location, but man atleast those kids out there get the order right…
I placed my order online for a club sandwich, said it would take 20 minutes on confirmation email. I arrive and the young lady working with colored hair is still working on it, she’s the only one there. She could barely speak up, very hard to understand her. She gives me my order, I go back to my office to eat lunch and discover she burned my bread. I was also given expired chips. I mean so burnt that it’s all I can taste, when eating it. I call the location, let her know I just picked up order, she burned it, where do I reach out for a complaint. All she says is the website and hangs up. She didn’t say sorry. I got my order on 08/27 around 1:10.

Why cant people read ? Just picked up my canzone and there is no sauce just thr one extra we ordered .. calzones come with marina or alpine . The alpine sticks were supposed to have marinara and the additional alpine sauce. Thanks for making me have to go to a store to grab marinara which for 38 it should have been provided

Haven't eaten here in a while, and I guess I am reminded why. Got a thin veggie. Topping was great! Lots of cheese and fresh veggies. I do like canned mushrooms, but no problem. I DIDN'T like the crust. It was thin, but it was not crispy, and it wasn't cut well, so when trying to get a slice, it tore the pieces up. And it was so chewy. But the service was great, super nice. Just be going somewhere else for crispy thin.
