I have to wait almost 2 hours because they had to remake 2 pizza 6 meat and I had to go back to work and my boss was mad because it took to long not cool

Have tried this location 3 times over the last year. Each of three orders took at least 45 minutes longer than promised, and all were incorrect when we finally did get our food. Finally, when asked to correct the orders, the employees acted extremely annoyed that I dared request them to correct their mistakes. Never again.

Well I decided a while ago to not go back because they couldn't get the order right when I called it in but they added the online ordering so I tried again. Yet again they got it wrong. I double checked my order and confirmed regular pizzas ( cheese and pep). Because I know the area and assumed the workers were a lil slow I made the order for an hour out to give them plenty of time. I got a cheese pizza and a half pep half burger. Not what I ordered. So I will write that location off. Too many chances and nothing but disappointment.. I live 30 minutes from this location and 45 from the next closest so no point in asking them to correct it after i get home.

My order was supposed to be ready by 7:05pm I drove all the way from Skiatook and I arrived at 7:12 pm and they said they hadn’t even started cooking it that it would be an additional 20 min wait then I waited 35 mins went back inside to get my order and no one would help me finally got my order after an hours wait and then the wings were cold , mushy and not sauced terrible service then I went to get my refund and money back and the worker named Wesley slammed the window in my face and told me to go to owasso location to get better service next time I don’t recommend going to turleys Simple Simon’s location don’t even bother wasting your time there they also don’t even deserve this 1 star but it wouldn’t let me give a 0.
